Prompt professional

Unprofessional... Posted an ad to get more clients asked me to fill in a form, provide business and personal details/business details, make time in the agenda for a meeting just to call and cancel one hour before the meeting saying they cannot take more clients...

It is with great regret that this year 2019 I have to cease using Accounting & Tax Solutions due to several errors over the year in relation to 2017-18 notice of assessment resulting in financial hardship. If the several errors had been picked up when the tax return was lodged like they should, it would be OK. But even as late as this month July 2019 I receive more surprises and another several thousand that was missed as a result of ill health retirement earnings. Out of work most of the year we really didn't need this incompetence from a professional service. I try to support local where possible but unfortunately we were let down here. I had called Accounting & Tax Solutions to discuss my intentions and reasons and a member of staff stated several times that she doesn't blame me for going elsewhere as she could see how the many errors occurred. Based on this experience I would suggest you look elsewhere like I am.
