Billini Pacific Fair

I forgot what incredible customer service was until yesterday the girls at Pacific fair blew me away. They truly went above and beyond and nothing was a problem. I’ve been going through Cancer and they made my day my week and my life so much better. What incredible girls?

Please let the manager of this store know how amazing her employee Opal is! Last Thursday I was feeling anxious about finding the perfect heel to go with a dress I had. Opal helped me pick out some options to suit the dress and most importantly really listened to what I liked and didn’t like, I felt no pressure from her which was amazing!

Once I had found the heels I needed a bag to match, Opal suggested having a look at the ones around the store. Me being me I also wanted to look at some other stores too for a bag. After a few hours of looking I felt defeated and went back to Billini to a smiling Opal! I trusted Opals opinion at this point so decided to have a better look around at the bags with her helping and within seconds of trying one on I was at the register. Not only did Opal get the sale of heels but also a bag! Amazing customer service, I am so happy with this experience and will be coming back again. Please relay this feedback to Opal because she deserves to know how well she does her job! Incredible listening skills, super friendly and excellent style suggestions!

I visited this store last week and was given the best service, the store was very busy and each of the girls made sure everyone was looked after. I don't like to get help straight away and the young sales girl could sense that, she offered her help and then let me be. Within minutes I found some shoes, asked for assistance and I was given more than that. I not only left with the shoes i picked but another pair that would also complement my outfit. Its hard to get service like this on the Gold Coast, happy customer!

I was approached by a lovely girl named Opal on Saturday, she was very attentive to my needs and didn’t make me feel like I was just another sale. It was my first time in the Billini store and definitely not my last.

Don't often write reviews for shops but had to give Mia a shout out for such great service. Was happy to go back and forth getting sizes for me and also let me know about popular styles. I'll be coming back for sure

My recent visit to your store was a disappointing customer service experience. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted, and the lady working there did not inquire if I needed assistance. She appeared extremely dismissive, focusing solely on one customer while neglecting others. When I sought guidance on selecting shoes, she failed to explore alternatives, simply stating that my choice wouldn't fit or suit me. This lack of attention and effort to assist customers in finding suitable products left me unsatisfied and hoping for an improvement in customer service at your establishment.

Worst customer service, two girls that were working on Thursday looked at us, didn’t greet us then continued to look down at the desk when it was obvious we wanted to try on shoes. Coming from someone that works in retail I’d be in huge trouble if this was how I represented the company…

Staff didn't acknowledge I was even in store, I was the only customer there. It took me to present several pairs of shoes to counter and ask for my size. The sales assistant then returned with 1 out of the 4 styles, said here I have these then left me. Out of 2 staff, neither asked if they fit etc. I handed them back to counter and left. No customer service at all.

I walked in the shop today and what i was so upset. Non of the staffs was say hello or nothing to me like im invisible in the shop but they asked other Aussie lady if they needed help and treat them nice. So racist! Never coming back here again.

The sales person didn’t even acknowledge when I walked around the shop. They couldn’t be bothered to greet you! Will never buy from this brand.
