Very impressed with all your staff , I started at harbour town they didn’t have new stock , so sales assistant called Pacific Fair . I drove to Pacific Fair shop meet by Summer lovely young sales girl ,to buy barbie pink denim overalls size 3 . Summer tried endlessly to call Robina to see if they still had size 3 for me , they never answered. The overalls from pacific fair were faulty . Summer suggested having them delivered to my home . Thankyou Summer for your help 🤩

I have never had a better experience shopping at a store as I did this afternoon. I needed some new jeans and was willing to spend more on something I really liked. I’d been to several stores trying on countless pairs from different brands and having no luck finding a good fit. I walked into Cotton On defeated when I was greeted by Juliana who asked me what I was looking for. She got straight to finding out exactly what I wanted in a pair and went through their entire denim section with me explaining the fit of all their styles that fit what I was looking for. I ended up with about 7 pairs in the change room. She was there to see how every style fit and showed me how to style them and how the fabric will last. She even rolled the hems for me when I couldn’t bend over. I felt so much more confident cause even when something didn’t work she was there to help me with solutions without the pressure to push a sale on me. Cotton On should be proud that someone like her works for this company. And I am thankful she was there to help when I was about to leave the centre and give up.

When I walked into the store at Pacific Fair I received the warmest welcome from Ellie. She was full of energy, she was vibing and provided me with the friendliest customer service. I will definitely shop here again. Products and service are 5 star!

Went into Cotton On at Pacific Fair the other day and was helped by this beautiful girl that went above and beyond for me. They didn’t have my size so she called around to other stores even though they were really busy. I didn’t catch her name but she had a front fringe and great customer service skills. Will definitely come back again! 10/10

I was greeted by this guy with blonde hair! I wish I got his name but he's the 18year old guy who's worked there for 4 years. I just wanted to say this guy really knows his stuff in Fashion! He's passionate and knowledgeable about Fashion. He is a great asset to the company and will go far in the Fashion Industry for years. When I had walked in he was like my very own personal shopper! It was a very cool experience! I wish I could have one of these in every shop I walked in haha. Never had this kind of personal service anywhere else especially in retail :) He gave me best recommendations!! I walked out and returned the next day for more goodies! Thank you!! :)

Very friendly staff, got clothes for everyone here. 3 levels of shopping. It was Sale time. Good collection of Band T shirts n clothes for the kids.
