Visited today & had the most exceptional service from two of your staff - perfume out of stock - they searched on computer & sent a staff member to your “ off site cage “ to investigate as computer said “soh - 15 units “
Normally two young assistants would never provide nor suggest this level of service !
They should be congratulated as the out of stock perfume on shop floor was found & purchased - and I left a very happy customer !

I had a strong feeling that a one star review would be left by Ms Rodriguez. FYI, I would like to point out that she opened a fragrance, tried it, and refused to pay for it. Quite frankly, it happened in front of my eyes - disgusting behaviour.

This store has always been my go to store in the Castle Hill region. James and Jennifer have always been extremely helpful with my medication queries. Although the store is quite compact, the staff have always been extremely efficient.

Really helpful and thoughtful staff. James and Jennifer took the time to listen to all of my concerns and then some. Its rare to find staff like this which go the extra mile for even the smallest things. Five stars is not high enough for these two!

Certainly the best and most efficient pharmacy in the shopping centre with fantastic and professional staff, especially at the dispensary. The pharmacist James is particularly knowledgeable and empathetic, he goes out of his way to provide quality advice and customer service.

The service I received here was above and beyond. Greeted with a hello and a smile, the lovely lady Tiffany was very helpful and patient with my medications and Christmas presents too.

Best customer service ever! They came to me before I even asked and were really helpful. Jennifer gave some great advice when I was looking for a cream for my rash. Venus recommended some vitamins that have been working really well. Highly recommended!

The staff are incredibly friendly and available, multiple people came up to ask if I needed help even when the store was busy, the pharmacists apologised for the wait on my prescription although they didn’t need to. It’s become my regular chemist now and they’ve never disappointed! Thanks guys for your amazing work and always looking after your customers!

Great customer service from the lovely Tiffany, really showed initiative and took her time to help me decide in a fragrance for an upcoming event will be returning and can’t thank her enough.

I was served today by Cheryl who gave me excellent service! I had a big shopping and didn’t have a trolley, she went out of her way to find me a trolley from the centre to accomodate me! That’s a great service! Thanks

Excellent service. Quick script turnover time. Barry and James were very helpful in helping me find the creams and ointments I needed. :)

Love coming into this pharmacy they’re always so helpful and always go above and beyond. There’s two workers named Venus and James who always help me all the time!

The staff are great especially James the pharmacist and Isabella who go above and beyond and is always there to assist whenever I need help.

The team in this store consistantly provide the best possible service and advice. The pharmacists are excellent and always have the time to answer questions. Highly Recommended.
