Officeworks Geelong

I was served yesterday by Carla/Karla(?)—what a superstar! She was so empathetic and helpful. Someone give this woman a raise... or equity... or make her heiress to the Officeworks Kingdom. She deserves it all.

On the down side due to the road work outside the footpath has shrunk & I had to step over the homeless people outside the doors to get into the store

My partner and I had the most amazing customer service right across Officeworks at Geelong this afternoon. Right from the moment we entered we were warmly greeted. Then we needed a fair bit of assistance in printing and we had 2 fabulous team members from the printing area to help us to finalise how to order our mugs. Both were extremely helpful and patient. Before leaving the store I bought something else. Even the cashier was polite and the whole experience was 5 stars !!!

I was having difficulties with printing a photo on Thursday and couldn’t get it right, Chloe very courteously came over and wanted to check everything was ok as I was a bit stressed by this point. She proceeded to help me in a nice friendly manner which enabled me to get it printed correctly. Thank you so much Chloe. You are a great asset

Barry from the store was super helpful and he and another worker went above and beyond in helping me this morning with my enquiry. Thank you

went in to look at some new iPhones today and a beautiful girl with half brown and half blonde hair (I think her name was Carla) was helping me look, she bought up all their available stock and gave me her personal opinions on the products which as a customer is the best thing you can ask for especially when spending over $1000 on a phone. She was incredibly patient and kind and helped us check out at the end too. I will be going straight to her for anything In the future. Incredible young lady!

Barry gave me great advice in relation to my new Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. He was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions of enquiry. I just love my new tablet which I have been using endlessly on my travels in South East Asia and next to Europe and Scandinavia. 10 out of 10 to Barry!

I am an elderly woman who needed some photographs done the first girl that served me said just go and follow the prompts I have never had to do this before and I was confused. I tried the machine she told me to go to and I had no luck. I returned to the counter and asked another girl who was only to happy to guide me through the process her name was Tegan and I am so grateful she actually took the time to help me. Thank you Tegan

My wife and I needed new office chairs and were after some advice on the best options for our needs. Josh was incredible at giving us advice and walking us through our options. We are extremely happy with the chairs we bought and were very impressed with Josh's knowledge and assistance, he even helped us unpack the chairs from their boxes and fit them into our car as they wouldnt otherwise fit! all round great service and great products!!!

I recently did a Click n Collect Order from the Geelong Store. Awesome on-line ordering experience, great communication, letting me know when my order was being received, stock was being prepared and then when it was ready for pickup. I arrived at the store the next day, staff were friendly and helpful. They organised for me to pick up the printer and paper at receiving, again staff found my order quickly and placed into my car for me 😁👍 Will definitely do shopping with Officeworks again, great experience 👍

Always great service when I come here. Such a large range of things and the self serve printing services are really easy to use. The staff are always so lovely and happy to help whenever I need them, I love going here for any project.

Online ordering here is a breeze and I can usually get same day pickup on anything I order. I really love to come here and browse the collection of arts supplies and never falter in find ing something cool and helpful for my work. LOVE Office Works Geelong.

I had a complex, large-format matte laminating project. The staff in Print and Copy were really knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very happy with the result, as well as the price and the speed at which they were able to to it.

For my first officeworks experience this store was fantastic. Temperature was great inside. Really nice airconditioning system and just made me and my family feel really comfortable right from the first step into the store. Came in looking for recipe books and was a little bit set back to discover there were none in stock. But if you are looking for a way to beat the heat, this store is a great way to cool down this summer.

Had a gentleman named Andy help me out. Went above and beyond to assist me anyway he could. He knew what I wanted. Showed me what was available. Great customer service. Other staff can learn a lot from this gentleman.

I recently visited the Print and Copy section of Office Works Geelong, to print off some baby shower invitations.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris, one of the lovely staff members working in the printing section.

Chris was extremely helpful, and efficient. Not only did Chris do a wonderful job printing my invitations, Chris also offered to cut my invitations for me (a service that I didn't realise was available at Office Works).

Chris is an asset to the Print and Copy section at Office Works, and truely deserves this 5 star review.

Good service,good people, very helpful,a bit short on stock, however met my needs.
Friendly staff, definitely NOT rude people.

It's a wonderful one stop shop for stationary, desks, electronic and just about everything school and office related. I personally did not have issues with the printers nor has anyone else I know so it is sad to hear that it occurred to some people.

It even has popular art supplies in stock such as copic marker and prismacolors.

Even over the phone with newbie employees was pleasant

Their $99 Hutch Desk is one of my best purchases.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Huge range. Open early till late. Only issue is that I can buy an expensive (for me) Parker refillable fountain pen. But not buy the refill cartridges to make it actually reusable. Still not a big enough issue to knock a star off tho. Keep it up!
