My partner and I dined here last night, it was last minute booking and my partner wanted to eat somewhere nice but most fine dining venues were closed in the area, but luckily we stumbled across the 5 star reviews on Darley’s!
I’m so glad we came to eat here, the food was impeccable, from the presentation to the complexity of the flavours.

The atmosphere was great, it was quiet but not overly dead silent. It was a very relaxing and serene vibe in the venue and it was perfect and exactly what we needed.

Service was very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The waitstaff were very kind, calm and happy, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.

My partner and I both agreed this is hands down the best fine dining restaurant we have experienced so far. Hidden gem.

Top notch restaurant situated within Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort and Spa. Amazing surroundings, glorious food and the best service ever! I must commend our waiter, Paul. He was amazing and made us feel so very welcomed. Explaining each dish with accuracy and expertise.
The food was immaculate and exquisite! It was our anniversary and they made an effort to acknowledge that on our desserts! Beautiful touches! Nothing to fault! 5 stars for sure

My wife and I dined here over the weekend and was met with the most professional fine dining service from Paul and the food we were works of art and the flavours were out of this world.
The attention to detail was impeccable with every hot dish served with hot plates and every cold dish served with chilled plates, the flavours were well balanced and brought out the best flavours from the main ingredients. Will definitely dine here again.

Excellent food in a beautiful setting! We came to celebrate a family member's birthday and servers made it special. Shout out to Paul who was so warm and welcoming the entire time. The standout dish for me was the wagyu- perfectly cooked. Really good value for money for a fine dining restaurant.

Beautiful establishment with first class service and exquisite food. A varied menu that will please most people. The food is prepared with artistic flair, from the very best produce available. The dining experience will be a memorable one. The meals are just great. An extensive wine list provides a good selection of excellent wines. This has to be the Blue Mountains premier restaurant.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating for our baby. Food was amazing! Appetizers are delicious. We had the scallops and pork as entrees, fish and beef for mains, followed by honeycomb and meringue desserts. Our main server, Paul, was awesome. Thanks for a great dining experience.

Darley's has it all. My wife and I enjoyed deliberately chosing different meals so that we could savour each bite from a wider range or incredible food. Each dish was nothing short of incredible and the staff were kind, engaging, and helpful thorughout our service. The surroundings were approporiately old-timey with beautiful surrounding gardens and a (sadly foggy for our stay) view out over the Megalong Valley. This is a must do if a special occassion. We chose to stay at Lilianfels which was also beautiful, relaxing and beutifully appointed.

We went relatively last minute so made a booking for a Saturday night at 5:30. We were made very welcome and were shown to a table with glimpses of a waning view (it was midwinter). The food was exquisite and while we did not order matching wines (or even matching wines for the meals) we thoroughly enjoyed our selections. The restaurant is situated in the historic house so exudes charm and style. The staff were attentive and insightful. For instance with our table they were friendly but cued that we are not particularly gregarious and left us to enjoy our meal. With other tables as befitted the guests the staff engaged in genuine conversation. We even witnessed the head waiter getting a patron a new glass and bottle of sparkling water because his wasn’t bubbly enough. Anywhere else this would have been laughed out of the restaurant. The food is fresh, tasty and thoughtful.

We had an amazing anniversary dinner here. The food was incredible and the staff were lovely the entire way through. Highlight was the venison tartare. Could not recommend enough for a special occasion.

This is a very beautiful and lovely restaurant. The night was cold and I was thinking of not going out. I'm so happy I did! The staff who took care of us were amazing and incredibly professional. We had a look at the menu and were excited to choose different plates to swap tastes with. But then they were so delicious we didn't want to swap!! The wine was also good! Well matched to our dishes for each course. I highly recommend. Romantic or small, intimate dinners will be perfect. A fire place, chandeliers and decadent furnishings, voila! Enjoy x

Dinner was delicious! We had the 3 course set menu! Even tried some mushroom icecream! The setting is beautiful!

We came here for dinner with our 12 year old twins and loved it. Our waitress Maddy was wonderful. She was kind to the children, knowledgeable about the food and very flexible to our needs. The atmosphere was very relaxing and fancy:)

This was so fantastic! They were incredibly welcoming, kind and sweet - especially Paul! We came here for my parents anniversary and they left with the biggest smile and glow. Nothing could make a child happier :) definitely try the mushroom entree and the cod entree, wagyu main and the cod! I’m still thinking about it!

This was our second time here, and again it was an amazing dining experience with a perfect wine selection. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, could not fault the service in the slightest. The price is befitting a Chef Hat restaurant, but it bring meaning to the words Fine Dining. A+++

Come for the tartare, stay for Quynh's wine parings!
The chefs have out done themselves with their flavour combinations with entrees such is marinated raw scallops with native coastal greens, seaweed and cultured cream to one of the best entrees I've ever had, the Mandagery Creek venison tartare with fermented carrot mountain pepper, salt bush (wow) and currents.
The mains are spectacular but the roasted cauliflower with cashew butter, black garlic and piquillo pepper hands down stole the show!
If you are a little hungry it might be worth getting some sides.

Absolutely spectacular dinner for my birthday. Staff were attentive, food absolutely divine and the atmosphere is just beautiful. Add it to your bucket list, worth every cent. We’ll be back.
