Good location, they have their own car park opposite Warringah mall. The person who serves me was super fast, friendly and knowledgeable and gave good suggestions. Very happy with my purchases.

They have the biggest and the most exuberant high quality range of not only products bones toys but food and 100% natural raw frozen organic food. They also have highest level affordable Puppy Training and the biggest selection of dog leads and harnesses you could imagine and quality dog beds. But the most important thing is the first class service I received from the staff they know their products well each individual has their own special expertise in different areas. We have a new pet and visited multiple pet stores in the area. I wish we had gone here sooner. This shop had the best specials, options and friendliest staff. Highly recommend.

I went in for cat food and kitty litter and asked for advice for my very fussy cat. Mark was very friendly and helpful and also gave me a couple of free samples for my cat to try. I've never received any free samples from other places. It was a great pleasure to buy from Pet O Thank you so much.

Greg at the Brookvale store's service was exceptional. Not only did he help me the first time, but when I returned to the store he asked after my sick dog. Very impressive.

Large range, helpful and friendly staff, price matches other stores. They have a good benefit scheme and we always seem to be getting $10 off here and there. Easy parking. I see a lot of people use the dog wash station which looks good!

PetO Brookvale is now my go to for all things pets. Staff have been so helpful with advice on feeding and caring for my puppy and cat. They take the time to listen and suggest options for fussy eaters, pet issues or just pet talk.

We were looked after by an extremely knowledgeable staff member called Michael at the Brookvale store. Fantastic range of stock. Michael was so patient with our dog. Our dog, Pepper enjoyed her shopping trip immensely. Will certainly be back.

The staff at the store are always friendly, helpful and approachable. We have been customers for years, and always have been given good advice on products by the staff, which of course were all well received by our dogs or cat.
