Professional service and advice and most importantly patience. Finding the right product that ticks all the boxes means 100% customer satisfaction. Special mention to the sales staff at the Warringah Mall store.

Came in to get trainers for my 5 hear old daughter.
Had bought a pair online previously which was wrong size, so had to find an exchange.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, considering i was on the phone arguing with my wife about sizes the whole time.

Had a great experience at my local rebel sports (warringah mall, level 2). Great service by all the employees, especially remembered Kai from the shoe section. Lovely experience overall, will be back soon for my son Troy's birthday! 😀👟👟

The staff are always smiling, always helpful, and always friendly. They all seem to love their job. The shop is a neat and tidy with merchandise displayed so that customers can easily find what they are looking for. A wonderful shopping experience.

Went in to have numbers printed on some shirts. There was a slight mishap in the process that was ultimately resolved and the quality of work was terrific. Big credit to Jen and Nikki for great communication & transparency to clear up the rather funny mishap and to get it sorted. These days it is rare to experience the quality customer service I received and it should be commended.

I went into another store which had no idea about any of the watches they sold, walked into Rebel and a lovely guy called Zane helped us from the moment we walked into the store knew everything about each watch and was overall a great help! I wish I knew how to leave him a personal review because his efforts are much appreciated!

Big thanks to Henry in the kids shoe department who had the patience of a saint as our two children tried on approximately 1000 pairs of shoes. Rebel is lucky to have an employee like you!

I received impeccable customer service from Bethany last week. Not only did she immediately respond to a rather odd request for the most flamboyant yoga pants they had in store, but she enquired into why and contributed her own valuable expertise to the final decision. All with professionalism and a beautiful sense of humour.

I've always experienced great customer service from the staff at Rebel at Warringah Mall. They're friendly and helpful. There seems to be plenty of stock and a good range in most products. The kids' goggles and handballs were well priced on sale. I have also bought Garmin watches while on sale too as their prices were competitive.

Great Sportswear and I have bought gift vouchers and swimming apparel from them.
I am also the cleaner at this store.

Great range of shoes and sporting equipment. Had a very helpful staff member, Benjamin who helped me purchase two soccer balls and an AFL ball. Checked the prices for me of the different soccer balls I was looking at getting. Thank you 👍

my mum came in today looking for some Nike T-shirts and asked someone if they had them she was advised that they did not, then she went and spoke to a lovely girl named Ella that advised her they were in fact out of the back and Ella went above and beyond to help a customer, my mum can’t stop talking about how amazing ellas customer service was!

Lorenzo was a good salesman and helped me pick new boots. Unfortunately didn't have my size but found them at the Chatswood location.

Great specials at the moment. Got UA golf pants @ 30% off today. Lacking a bit though, in AFL gear...poor selection
