Great store with a nice variety of styles and clothes - very good quality and worth the money, and staff were very friendly and helpful especially when trying clothes on

Love this place. Nice and local. I usually don’t like clothes shopping but they make a great experience. The staff are helpful, a man asked my preferences and showed me stock, a lady got me all different sizes in the change rooms, and had a lovely chat with another girl on the counter. Good vibes here. Just hoping the KissChacey range will be expanded as I’m a very keen buyer! Will be back

Where do I start... I was served by Jasper, such a legend. Helped me get clothes and didn’t push hard to sell me products. Genuinely cared about what my needs were and picked out some excellent products. My go to shop at the mall for my whole wardrobe. Thanks again Jasper, I’ll be coming again in the future for sure.

Was served by Jude and he was the most helpful person! He sorted out my shoes no problem and was so so nice, friendly and helpful. If you want help from anyone in that store, it’s him!

Good store with good people, well set up and easy to shop. Always have a good experience at this store. The team are attentive and knowledgeable, and friendly but not pushy. Good range and the store is easy to shop (unlike others that are drowning in stock).

Jasper went above and beyond to help me find the right fit for pants and was extremely helpful.

Plenty of clothes in large sizes for men, barely any smalls and no extra smalls.... for every small there were at least 10 extra larges...

Extremely disappointing experience. Was willing to spend $350 on clothes here today on 17/02/24 however all the staff made us feel like we were of an inconvenience when wanting to try something on. Avoid at all costs. You’ll probably save too buying elsewhere

Worst customer service ever. Walked in and was not acknowledged at all. Spent approximately 15-20 mins in the store reaching for high items and still no assistance.

I observed all the employees being social with each other but not with customers and if not social, texting. Did not feel welcome, unsure if it was due to not fitting the customer stereotype of the store as I was with my older mother?

If I could have purchased elsewhere I would have.

I am honestly disappointed about the service at Warringah malls universal store. I was talking to a make team member yesterday about a pair of blue light filter glasses I bought 2 months ago. They are clearly not used, i told him I put them on once and he was refusing to even exchange them as there is a glare in the glasses. He seemed to enjoy telling me I can’t even exchange the glasses eventhough other people could also see the glare in them. Very arrogant service which I have never had before at universal store.

Terrible service at universal store. Staff were extremely unhelpful and even more so, deceptive.
