Kmart Warringah Mall

Great service here today.
I popped in to return a cordless iron that I had bought for my lovely wife.
We had a difference of opinion about the benefits of a cordless iron and despite my best attempts in converting her she is insisting on the corded option so this one had to go back.
The shop was busy and the customer service desk was getting smashed. Despite this the young girl that served me was very polite and helpful.
We briefly discussed the reason for the return of the item and she seemed as surprised as me that my wife would not embrace the freedom of being able to iron anywhere in the house without the restriction of a cord.
My refund was processed quickly and efficiently and despite the noticeable stress that some of my fellow Christmas shoppers were under I had a very positive experience in this shop, well done!

Some lunatic ripped open a box of dinnerware and took the side plates! The customer service desk discounted the rest of the set for me as it was the only set left. You might expect this but it was the way they handled it for me. Fast and professional!!! Made my day!

This has to be the cleanest and nicest Kmart I've visited around Sydney, spotless floors and the shelves are stacked neatly with merchandise presented in a professional manor. Would definitely recommend this Kmart for its clean environment and the huge variety of stocked items.

Really amazing discounts on alot of fabulous items. Like men's wear, women's wear and alot more. It's an amazing one stop shop for plenty of items like homeware, kidswear, women's wear and men's wear too. If you get a chance you must visit this place.
The click and collect option for customers is such a convenient way of being able to shop online and collect it from one of their stores that is closest to you. I have had an excellent experience with the click and collect, so I can say it is definitely worth a try.

Arrived at 8.00 Am, greeted courteously by staff member. Picked goods required, paid at self service, and left the store. I like shopping before it gets busy.

I really love this new Kmart in Warringah mall, the things that i really most love is the lighting for me as a glasses user it's really nice. There's a lot of choice for toys.
