My favrouite store

Great shopping experience

Love Scotch & Soda and have been a customer for more than 10 years and almost 70% of my clothes bought from Scotch & Soda Brisbane's Stores and online. However this store in Warringah Mall seems to have less variety of stock, and many new arrivals that are available online are not available in this store. I usually have to restrain myself from spending too much but in Warringah Mall totally the opposite, I find it hard to find the things I like due to size or style not available. I'd give for stars for the brand however this store brings the rating down.

I popped in to the store today ,hoping to buy a few shirts as they doing %40 I haven’t been there for a little while because of Covid but Been buying online, anyway I’m a long time customer but I didn’t like the service today the girl was pretty pushy and over familiar with me which pretty overwhelming as I wasn’t there to socialise too many questions and she couldn’t read the room and leave me alone . Moreover I was trying a shirt and I liked it so I kept it with me they she come and grab it out of my hands and I put it aside for you , which is made me feel as if I was a shoplifter or something. Sadly I won’t go back there anymore .
