Miss Lilian Tea House

Love the impressive decoration of a very new tea house at echoes point. Fresh and full of flavor Asian foods, amazing desserts at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I dined here with my family recently and had the best dining experience in memory. The decor is beautiful, with a ceiling full of birdcages and faux birds dotted around the eclectic Asian influenced dining room. The service was exceptional and staffed by the same staff that work at fine-dining Echoes next door (as explained to us by the manager of both when he stopped by during our meal). But while the same staff continue to be extremely professional, accommodating and friendly, they create a more relaxed and chilled atmosphere than the fine dining experience they provide next door. We were advised that they have only been opened for a few weeks after closing due to COVID-19 a year ago and had made some changes. We tried a selection of many of the items on offer and were hard-pressed to pick a favourite as they were all so exceptional. Although I do highly recommend the Teriyaki Wagyu Skewers, Duck Fried Spring Rolls and the Chef Selection of Dumplings which are all freshly made in house and the best I've ever tried! I am already looking forward to my next visit, to ensure I leave enough room to try their pretty pasties which are featured proudly in their display case. There are a few parking spaces available out the front, as well as ample metred street parking around the Lilianfel's compound where Miss Lilian's is.

Dream pho and outstanding dumplings. The crispy spring rolls were delicious. What a find. They have beautifully made teas here too. I don't usually drink herbal but these were refreshing and artistic to boot.

Great atmosphere and services, excellent food! The price of the food is not cheap but the flavour and ingredients are very high quality and the portion is large (I ordered the seafood fried rice and you couldn't see the rice because there's so much seafood) so it's definitely worth the price! We were so full and satisfied. Would recommend to anyone going to Blue Mountains!

Delicious asian delights like bao, dumplings and springrolls. Serves coffee, fruit tea and cakes. Tasteful vietnamese interior deco. Nice ambience all in all.

Miss Lilian Tea House is a great addition to the food scene in Katoomba. Quirky yet modern interiors make for an enjoyable dining experience, while the food shows a lot of attention to detail. I recommend everything on the menu. Quality experience every visit.

This is our first visit and it was great. The decor, atmosphere, and especially the food are fantastic. We had a selection of dumplings and wonton and they were the best - plus yummy dessert. We will definitely be back.

Delicious! The food is very fresh, colourful and tastes amazing, as was my mocktail. The dessert tasting plate is a must try if you visit.

Miss Lillian is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is bright, fun and inviting and the staff are wonderful and friendly from the moment you walk in. They have created a menu with photographs of the food to give diners a better idea of the dishes, all Asian in nature but primarily Vietnamese. The food arrives fairly quickly and is spectacular both in presentation and most importantly in taste. Everything is incredibly fresh and flavors are delicately balanced in a way that one would expect from a starred restaurant or another fine dining establishment, but here prices are reasonable and the atmosphere isn't stuffy. The atmosphere, far from stuffy, is enlivened by the wonderful staff who are kind, warm, and genuinely seem to be having fun working at Miss Lillian. We so thoroughly enjoyed our experience there we decided to dine twice, speaking with Tom the manager about his home in Vietnam and tasting their special blend of tea from Hanoi, his hometown. This restaurant would be successful in any high end market in the US including West LA and resort towns in Colorado such as Vail or Aspen. I highly recommend it. We had the Tenderloin Beef Pho, Ramen, Mixed Meat Skewers, and the Organic Garden salad, as well as flowering tea and the Passionfruit Custard tart, all of which were excellent. Thank you so much to Tom and his team for making our visits so special!!

Went to lunch with my family. Fantastic service, happily created a dish for my young kids and our food was amazing. Best tasting food in years!

Absolutely gorgeous place! Lovely interior, with beautiful bird cages hung from the ceiling with lights in them. Fabulous food and service. Mila was especially welcoming.

Authentic flavours. Reasonably priced, efficient service, superb fit out with stunning daytime views. Lots of locals enjoying it too. Congrats on the opening. The Mountains need it !
