I am very pleased with the plumbing company that Foreshew Strata Agency sent out to me. GT Plumbing was sent out to help me with an ongoing issue I have been having with my toilet clogging on a regular basis. They were very determined to get to the root of the issue and fixed it with no hesitation. Alex is very knowledgable, honest and knows exactly what he is doing. His wife Jen is very quick to respond and always helpful. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.

Worst Strata agency. We have been under immense tortuous noise for the past few weeks. We spoke to her over the phone multiple times, telling her how it’s unbearable even for one day. She promised us to schedule an acoustic test. Yet she cancelled without notifying us.

Steve is now currently handling our case and has been very professional. If Steve have handled it right from the beginning instead of Del, this would have been a 5 star review.

We spoke to Del Ermers over the phone on the 9th of July at least twice, devastated by the amount of noise coming from the unit directly above us. On Monday, 13th of July, we spoke to Del and she reassured us there would be an acoustic test. After that we prayed and hoped for the best for three days in some extremely unbearable noise where I have to sleep with teeth-grinding mouth guard on. The noise reached boiling point again on Thursday the 16th of July so we decided to follow up on the acoustic test that she promised and found out that it has been cancelled. ALL the waiting has been in VAIN.

She said that "there is no need to tell" us and that she is busy. I am astonished. UTTERLY astonished. I CANNOT believe what I was hearing.

She did not check if the current flooring has been approved by strata agency. She did not check if the flooring underlay is up to official standards. She did not even contact the owner regarding the flooring how the current flooring came to be. She did NOTHING.

She made us wait in PAIN for almost a week FOR NOTHING! Her extreme unprofessionalism and utter arrogance is like pouring salt on an open wound. I do not believe that her behaviour is accepted in any customer-related industry, not to mention working in a strata company.

After that she simply handed this case over to Steve by saying, "I will let you speak to Steve". Her lack of responsibility is very astronomical in scale.

Hopefully I can convince myself to change this to a 5 star review in the future.

It gave fair rating 2 here. The reason being they are not responsive and there was no transparency and ownership.

To provide some facts, I went through water leak issue and they called in plumber right away which was good and probably the only thing I'm satisfied with. The plumber came over and did some checks and said they needed to re-attend to do full test. After that, things got absolutely bad. Plumber did not come and I did not receive any call or email. When I got back to strata manager Steve, he was off the hook as well and there was no apparent follow up with pluming company and no ownership demonstrated even I dropped him several emails and called him three times

An absolute joke of an agency! Steve Babamovski of whatever his actual real name is, refused to hold an owners corporation meeting to fix and urgent pipe and waterproofing failure in my apartment, and had the audacity to take legal actions against me for not paying my levies. He’s drained us out of all of our savings by being negligent, and ignoring our 2.5 years worth of requests for major common property repairs. We had to pay for it all ourselves! Not to mention they are never available and continuously on leave or busy in a meeting! IT IS A CLOWN SHOW IN THAT OFFICE! avoid them at all costs! Forget if you’re late with strata payments… it’ll be endless legal fees that they’ll charge you for being late, when they don’t even do their due diligence by ensuring to listen to owner’s pleas of help during a tough time! Glad I am no longer dealing with them!

Melissa from Foreshew After Hours is awful; condescending, combative, void of any empathy and unprofessional. She spoke to me like I was stupid and unreasonable for being frustrated that the apartments garage door wasn't working for three days. I did not raise my voice at her. Yes I did sound frustrated as this ongoing issue is pending "Strata Manager approval". Just fix it.

Rosa was fantastic and helpful but unfortunately Foreshew do not care at all that a number of residents are inconvenienced and can't access their basement car parking lots (which we pay levies for!) for three days now. Having to compete for street parking or visitors lots at your own place of residence is exhausting and unnecessary.

Foreshew Strata Management is the worst strata management company you will ever come across. They do not act on anything you ask them to complete.

They have been deceptively overcharging us by charging different fees than what was stated in our contract with them. Previous to their management, we have never had cash flow issues but now our admin fund is in severe deficit. They clearly do not know how to manage strata finances - they take all your strata payments for themselves.

Do not use this company. They will be robbing you after the first year.

We deeply regret leaving our original strata company for Foreshew.

EDIT: if only anything got done as quickly or effectively as your reply to this 1 star review. And yes 12 months later things have been running significantly better under our new agents, hence the reply now.

As most other reviews indicate this business has really been a rolling disaster for years - with the very notable exception of Cameron Gowers who left after being clearly overworked. Do not use them.

We changed strata managers late last year away from these guys and haven't looked back.

Steve Babamovski our original manager was terrible at his job and completely stuffed up an EGM we paid for.

Foreshew charges fees for all sorts of bogus items to inflate your bill, you need to watch and question everything.

Getting responses to questions takes a long time sometimes weeks, our insurance claim took months to process.

Their sign on locks you into multi year contracts which is caveat emptor on one hand but anti competitive in another, and for many committees without reasonable legal knowledge, I would suggest unconscionable.

Again - total disaster and to be avoided at all costs.

DON'T SIGN UP with Foreshew Strata, they are useless, no customer service, they don't follow up on anything. They do not reply to emails we have to follow up for weeks.There is no communication to home owners, our strata manager is even rude. They are supposed to provide home owners with service not the other way around! They do not meet their SLA I'm not even sure they know what that is. They seem cheap at first but they charge through the roof for every little thing "hidden fees" BEWARE. We are in the process of changing Strata Company.

I would like to know how some other reviewers could have received any good service from Foreshew ... wish we could!!!
I have been waiting to resolve so many issues with them before leaving any negative reviews here, hoping they can do something to fix the problems, but after more than 7 months I cannot see ANY decent approach from them yet at all.
They even FORGOT to organise AGM for the end of 2021 and still not replying to us to organize one, mid January. We changed the strata company to Foreshew a year ago, trusting their good reviews here, and their service SOUNDED so much better and transparent compared to many others.
However, they are worse than anyone else I have heard of! They have been charging so much unknown extra charges on every little jobs they needed to do on top of the flat regular disimbursement and management fees, which is absolutely opposite of what they explained to us. Unless I spent days figuring out on their monthly statements (which they put on the portal only, not emailing tp us, so most of the owners don't bother checking them), we had not known that they had overcharged us more than $3000 over the first 6months. To make it worse, even after we pointed it out and they are meant to fix the problems, we have been charged so much unknown cost still but no chances haven't been given to discuss it as they can not even organize AGM with an appropriate person ( no point talking to our manager as she is already the 4th manager in on year and has no idea what has been going on with our building. Yes, their staff turnover is shockingly fast as well).

Well, there are far too many problems and issues with Foreshew to write in this space, but all I need to say is DO NOT WASTE your money, time and energy with this company. This is the very worst Strata company you could choose.

Foreshew Strata, sorry, I have given you guys chances and times to resolve problems but we are really reaching our limit. Please do something about it.

Horrible service . STILL WAITING!

I reported our broken Window on our level in January 2021 and it's still not fixed. Rain,cold and heat all comes in .
May as well be outside 365 days a year...not to mention the dust , dirt and the cold that comes under our doors into our apartment. I am an owner.
Building is 8 Park Avenue Waitara.
Tony is aware and so are ESP.
I am so annoyed.

I've been more than patient while dealt with these people in the past. But this quality of service is an abosolute joke, how could you charging us management fee while providing us with no service?

Zero communication from our strata manager, everytime we tried to contact someone to deal with issues the receptionist always put us on voice mail.

We've been waiting weeks just for a single confirmation regarding the outdoor sign, this is a joke! Do not use this strata agency unless you want to give yourself servere anxiety for all the issues they have right now.

Foreshew has changed their name to the 1888 Co. Probably because their operating practices are that far behind.
Also the other reason is to hide from 1 star reviews because they are not fit to do the most basic of tasks. Just a heads up if you think the company was shut down for malpractice.

DO NOT waste your money or time on this company. Five strata managers over 18months. The latest strata manager tops it! Incompetent and RUDE! You get ZERO service! You have to chase them up on work. They send you incorrect quotes (gave us the quote sheet of someone else's job with their details on it!) And then when you question them why it's incorrect he tells you it wasn't his error! Shouldn't you read the content before forwarding through the quote? Where's the privacy? No one returns phone calls as they prefer everything documented on email. Which is fine cos I don't have time to call, HOWEVER they also Don't respond to emails in time (3weeks +) and when they do respond (after you send follow up emails) they give you the incorrect answer! I have lived in strata managed buildings all my life and this is the WORST one I have ever dealt with.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME on them.
