A lovely little store with awesome products and great staff. Grabbed some calf compression sleeves which were great today on a 63k hike from Terrigal to Swansea. Was served by Tammy who was beyond helpful and had an incredibly friendly persona. Nice to see a shop where the staff live their craft, with Tammy being a marathoner. Will definitely come back here for more nice gear.

Fantastic shop. I had problems with one very painful flaring arthritic foot & needed good cushioned walking shoes to get back to my hiking. My feet were not easy to fit, but the staff were exceptional, taking their time and ensuring that I had exactly what I needed. Their knowledge of their stock is 100%. Tammy served me but the other staff working helped with their knowledge. I cannot fault this place and will be back.

I was served today by Tammy - a very patient, knowledgeable and friendly Tammy... I finally have a pair of shoes that are a perfect fit and also now know how to use elastic laces! Cannot recommend Coast Runners Shop highly enough - thank you :)

Attended in need of a multi-use running shoe.

Charlie assisted by first identifying my walk/running style before sizing up my feet using methods I'd never even seen before.

He selected two different designs of shoe for me to try and allowed me sufficient time to decide, even letting me run up and down the street like a madman!

The staff are enthusiasts themselves and its clear they know what they're talking about.

Certainly the only place I'd recommend for sports shoes on Central Coast.

I am so happy with my new shoes. They fit perfectly. All done with click and collect. The staff were so helpful making sure I had the correct size without trying them on (due to Covid). After terrible service with a large chain store I highly recommend this small business.

Very happy with their online ordering. My trail running shoe order was shipped the next day. Unfortunately, the fit was too narrow but the return process and refund was was easy and friendly. The wide fit version also arrived promptly and my feet are very happy.

The whole process and service from these guys is first class. I had to get my son new waffles for an upcoming event and despite the hurdles of trying to do so during Covid lockdown these guys went above and beyond. Natalie sourced me several options in terms of sizing. Had them shipped to me in Sydney. Kept the ones that were the best fit and returned the others for a hassle free refund. Amazing service! I emailed them regarding stock they had in a shoe and they were so fast at responding, held them aside for me and posted them express to me the same day. Such an easy and smooth transaction and I'm so happy with the service.

I have been buying my running shoes (and other related gear) from Margaret and the team at the Runners Shop for some time now and they haven't steered me wrong yet. All the staff members are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly!

The staff are always helpful and have lots of knowledge about athletics needs. They are one of the few places where they have a good range of running spikes on the central coast.
They have a good range of other athletic and running shoes and accessories.

I have been having issues with my shoes and feet for a while now and after speaking with a friend he referred me to this shop in Kilarney Vale.

When I walked in the shop was very busy but I still got served quickly. The sales guy Charlie straight away took into consideration not only the length but also the width of my feet, he also pointed out why my toes were rubbing on one foot and not the other, thanks so much for pointing that out.

After trying out quite a few pairs of shoes I settled on a brand called Brooks, they just felt so comfortable to walk in and the fit was right. Once that was settled Charlie took the time to show me how to walk properly and explained why - this guy has the knowledge.

For too long I have been wearing the wrong type of shoe, getting this right advice has helped me a lot and I hope this review helps others.
