Kmart Bateau Bay

Huge variety of stock, from clothing and footwear for the whole family (including pets!) to cookware and utensils, furniture, office supplies, snack foods, even a wide range of electrical goods, phone and music accessories and entertainment! Kids toys, games, movies, this place has something for everyone. And they are so inexpensive that they're widely known as the place you go to for one thing and leave with much more! Great friendly service and self serve options available.

I wanted to have 3 mugs printed with photos and writing on them. The young girl working at the photo centre was excellent!!! She helped me design them and explained everything to me. What a delightful young lady. Never got her name, but it was Thursday night, a big thank you to her.

Such a good Kmart to shop at! Tracy who works there was super helpful with me today and they’re always on top of things. Fantastic customer service!

From a young guy asking us if we needed another trolley & going to get it for us to the great young lady who offered to put it all through the registers rather self service as we had so much. She was not only polite but had a great personality , was engaging & seemed generally interested. To the lovely young girl who offered to pack our four trolleys & then we were offered parcel pick where we were met by some more smiling & obliging young staff members. What a great shopping experience. Kmart you should be very proud to have these valuable people as part of your team. I only wish I got all their names.

A bit hectic as was the long weekend and shopping for my 4&8 yr old granddaughters,but as usual had plenty to choose from and customer service was excellent. Got what we needed and a bit more!!! Very polite and friendly young man who served us.

My son and I had a coffee while we waited for my Wife. There are a lot of new shops which was good to see and they were all busy, the food court was clean and comfortable. The coffee was good

Friendly Staff and plenty of room to walk around without rubbing shoulders with anyone. Went to buy microwave only $48.00 which was on display and bed sheets. Great prices

Kmart are well priced with a large stock of merchandise and the only thing that could be done to improve is move the payment counters back to the entrance position.

Although the amount of $$ I spend because of that sometimes isn't great lol So far customer service has always been top notch too!

Love the Kmart. Its cheaper every time i go there, honestly. Funky stuff, seasonal stuff,all the stuff you need and all the stuff you dont. And the lollies and chocolate s are a bargain always. The original central coast kmart.

Great KMart, well stocked and great special offers. Staff friendly and wanting to assist. Clean and we'll organised.

So much better than other Kmart's on the Coast even the shopping centre it's self has a better shopping experience than others on the Central Coast

Kmart is now one of my favourite shops everything is soo cheap but sometimes good quality.

But I did buy a bag the other day and the bottom split :(

Nice store, normally well stocked and great variety for household items. Also look out for heavily discounted areas, lots of bargains can be found!

Went to Coffee club. The 2 guys that ran the shop were very polite and obliging. I will go back. Food was enjoyable.
