The Greens The Entrance

Interesting set up due to the club destroyed by fire. Only a portion of the building frame remains and some external wall but certainly not much. The greens are still played on. Next to them is a small catering / bar section which is actually outdoors but with a covered dining area. Good variety of food at a moderate price and large servings. The area is smallish but a nice place to sit on a pleasant sunny day. Maybe not so nice in extreme wet, cold or hot weather. Small amount of staff are friendly.

I went here to try the breakfast and it was simply delightful.
Sandra served me with a beautiful big smile, what a lovely place to enjoy a quiet breakfast.

We had a great day of barefoot bowls at the greens. The staff were helpful and stuck with us for a few ends to make sure we knew how to play and give us a few helpful pointers for the game to come.

Excellent deluxe hamburger from the bistro for Saturday lunch, and great drink prices at the bar. I've been here every time I come to town and always go back without hesitation. I do miss the old buffet, but that's been closed for years now.

Low key and quiet. Great atmosphere. Lovely barstaff on Friday and Saturday night. Ann is a brilliant driver. Get home safe always. Thanks guys...

This all you can eat is one of my favourites due to never had a bad meal hear food was always of good quality always good turn over heaps of variety . Has great desert options and bar at a good price recommend to anyone who enjoys a good selection .

Absolute trash food, but that's what makes it awesome!

There's often a decent selection of seafood on the weekends, and the desert bar is always packed full of various sugar filled items.

Good food. Reasonable prices. A sensible alternative to some of the overpriced places at The Entrance. Liked the friendly atmosphere of the locals here eg playing trivia everyone helped you.

Food was amazing affordable fresh and delicious.. a hidden gem of a club. We are on our second night here and we will be back

Great Bowling Club and the set menu here is great value plus has an all you can eat upstairs for lunch and dinner
