Our absolute favourite place to order a Vegan cake. It was absolutely divine in flavour, so moist, the buttercream icing is amazing and the presentation was beautiful. It's a crowd favourite and you can't even tell it's vegan! We also got some of the vegan cookies and they were delicious too. The shop has such a great vibe and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely a must try if you're in the area

What an absolutely fantastic bakery and other goods store. Can’t rate highly enough. Shared a savoury asparagus scroll and the Copa queen with my wife and the kids enjoyed the finaciers. Walked down to the jetty to enjoy picnic style. How terrific. Can’t wait to get back and enjoy more!!

Expensive, but great! Get yourself a copa-queen… and one of everything else while you’re at it.

We’ve returned to this place to try pretty much all the baked pastries and treats they sell. I dread to think how much we spent here, but everything is delicious. We can’t resist any time we’re passing. They put some of the other bakeries around the Central Coast and Newcastle to shame with their sweet treats. The croissant is one of the best I’ve had outside of Europe.

Although, we were a little disappointed with the baguette, since the small baked goods were so nice. Maybe it was a one-off. I’d give them the benefit of the doubt given the quality of the other things we’ve tried in the past.

It’s takeaway only, so it’s nice to grab a couple of things and wander down to the lake to stuff your face. If they also sold coffee it could be perfect.

I feel bad for the dinosaurs because they actually don’t even know what they missed out on, BUT LUCKY YOU! you’re not a dinosaur, and you don’t have to miss out! You are alive in this BLESSED time of Burnt Honey Pastries! How lucky we all are! You must visit!

I love this place! Been here three times now, and definitely worth a detour- I’d go as far as saying it’s the best bakery on the east coast. The imaginative savoury pastries are absolutely delicious, my favourite being the cheese and mustard seeded pastry, the focaccia, and the moussaka croissant! You can really taste the difference that fresh baking and local, organic ingredients make. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is great.

Amazingly delicious pastry. Very personable service from the staff. Truly a delight both at Copacabana and Long Jetty. Prices have gone up in recent months but that’s a universal affliction. We’d rather these guys added a few dollars to their prices and kept giving us these delicious morsels.
Highly recommend the Copa Queen. A buttery croissant pastry with layers of sugar that has to be eaten to be truly understood.
Their Greek almond crescent biscuits in bottles are a must buy.

Best Portuguese tart I've ever had. The bakery/store has lots of boutique bakeware and books, would make excellent gifts.

I have recently moved into the area and one shop caught my attention: Burnt Honey. The pastries are amazing, the bread is phenomenal, and the staff are extremely welcoming and always so happy and helpful. There is a big emphasis on environmental sustainability and local produce which is another amazing thing about Burnt Honey. I was lucky enough to also visit the Copacabana shop, a must check-out if you’re also in the area. I can’t wait to visit every chance I get!

A warm welcoming little bakery in Long Jetty, worth the drive for their cinnamon scrolls and vanilla slices

we love love love your bread and pastries. Its so nice to have a European quality bakery that we can walk to from long jetty. We often say how lucky we are :) and our visitors love it too - the Fougasse is a showstopper, semi-sourdough baguette is amazing with antipasti and the Jerusalem roll is perfect for our homemade burgers. Oh and the Copa Queen is the best little treat :) Thank you, we recognise and appreciate your quality!

Was thrilled to have the pantry open in Long Jetty; no more trips down to Copacabana. We buy bread and pastries weekly and they are second to none for my husband and I. Just took some up to the Hunter for a weekend get together with old friends and everything I took was a smash hit. So lucky to have such a quality shop on our doorstep and the young people serving behind the counter are always cheerful and accomodating.

From first visit, Burnt Honey became my favorite local bakery. The choc hazelnut almond croissant got me in, and the croissant bread and butter pudding kept me coming back each week. Everything from the sweet treats, to the house made focaccia sandwiches have been perfect. They are also a great source of info on their insta and have a bunch of great cook books and tools for purchase. My daughter and i have just started our sourdough baking journey inspired by Burnt Honey. Thanks for keeping our bellys full.

Words cannot describe the quality of the bread and pastries at this bakery. They are mindblowingly good. There is a big selection, but they are so popular that they disappear quickly. There is also a great range of hard to find baking products and some great cookbooks. I am so glad they Burnt a Honey is in Long Jetty and I hope they never leave.

After many trips to the Copa bakery the excitement level is high having Burnt Honey Bakery now in our neighbourhood, a dream come true! Flaky fresh pastries, assorted cakes, quality breads and biscuits… warm and welcoming staff. Get in early on weekends for the fougasse. Fantastico!

The pickled onions on the unbelievable egg foccacia were a magic addition. The copa queen probably the nicest cinnamon sugar style pastry I've ever eaten. Outstanding bakery truly delicious. Will b back

Very delicious and high quality artisan bread. The Jerusalem loaf was fresh and soft. Will definitely visit again.

Only been to the Copa store, but the new location is much closer to us. We're currently overseas but still constantly thinking about the pastries here. 1st stop when we get home (after family hugs)

The copa queen was so good. Was heated up so it was warm. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside.
