My first visit here today and to say I was impressed is an understatement. The big boss Geoff knows his stuff and dare I say from what I heard he knows more about nutrition and the body than any doctor I have spoken to ever! A wealth of knowledge and happy to share. He is not in a hurry to move you along. The staff here have a genuine care for people. I highly recommend this place... My only regret is I can't give more than 5 stars for this review!

I cant recommend this shop enough. Since taking all the items i bought, my heart has no plaque, my cholesterol has gone from 8 down to 5 (i didnt take my cholesterol tabs as they had side effects) and my blood pressure which was 160/85-90 on tablets is now 135/72. Im feeling good and im 59.

This place is the absolute best, they have products that are superior to any others I have tried. I am an avid supporter of their coconut probiotic, it has literally changed my life. My skin is clearer and my gut is so much healthier! Really well priced also.

My experience at this store has been mixed. While they have a great selection of items and friendly staff, I've encountered some issues with their service. On one occasion, I didn't receive a proper receipt for a large purchase, and on another visit, I was given a detailed receipt for a significantly smaller purchase. When asked the lady didn’t have an answer, though she served me that time prior. Another time I was missing an item I had paid for, I’m thankful they were honest about that.. There were also instances where I felt the service was unusually slow, especially when there were people waiting in line. While I appreciate the friendly atmosphere, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of efficiency during busy times. Overall, it's a nice store with good people, but there are areas where they could enhance the customer experience.

This store has a reasonable selection of some product ranges. However, if you enter to buy a specific product (in my case a magnesium supplement for leg cramps) be aware that the owner, a healthy looking man who obviously leads a good lifestyle, tends to give a lot of "spin", making his own decision about what items he considers you "need" and clearly wants to sell you, particularly an expensive probiotic coconut liquid. He did the hard sell on this for 3 other friends who went in separately, each with different needs. If you politely decline and calmly stick to your original request, his tone changes and he may claim you are impolite and unwilling to let him help you. Another thought: a healthy lifestyle and nutrition do help prevent cancer and there are some products /substances currently available or being researched which "support" cancer patients, but I would want to also take the advice of experienced health professionals with no interest in marketing products, and check out good quality double-blind studies showing evidence of effectiveness before I forked out a lot of money.
