Would not recommend this company to purchase your furniture.
We purchased a large lounge for thousands $ and were told the base was made of walnut, the receipt also states this. We were also told it comes with a 10 year warranty. Within the first 18 months, the timber started to peel away. We alerted Sydneyside to the issue and also alerted them to their lifetime warranty I read on their terms and conditions (obviously different to what was stated in store). Their response, "Sorry but your lounge only comes with 12 month warranty". They don't care they blatantly lie in person and on their receipts and paperwork on the construction of their products. They also do not warrant "imported products" for longer than 12 months. We didn't know our lounge was imported and were lead to believe all their products came with 10 year or lifetime warranty.
So now, we have a really expensive couch with a veneer base where the veneer is peeling away. Looks amazing!
Really disappointed with their response and I would caution anyone thinking of buying their luxury furniture from this company.

My husband and I have had our Ekornes Stressless Chairs now for 3 months. What a waste of $7,000. After our Moran’s these do not compare! We cannot seem to relax as they are hard and uncomfortable. They seemed ok when we went showroom but the more you try to relax on them the more you stress.

I have ordered a dinning table from them and within a week and it get scratched as soon as you touch the table . very poor quality of furniture.
Highly recommend not to buy from them its expensive and poor quality.
