Got 2x iced lattes from here in the Drive Thru. Service was great. Very fast as well. Didn’t need to wait at all. Will be going back here

Just wanted to give a proper review as I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times over the last year and not just once or twice so what I say is well and truely the truth.
This McDonald’s has to be one of the best in Central Coast maybe even in NSW. Coming from Sydney and being used to the quality/service down there this McDonald’s almost never fails to impress me. They rarely ever forget any items and if they do it might just be a sauce on a very rare occasion, the burgers with special requests are always made correctly, the chips are always fresh, the wait time is never long, the service is always great and just overall the workers/management should be proud of themselves! I’m shocked to see such a low overall review but then again most people only leave reviews when something wrong has occurred and barely when it’s something good to say.

### **Ambiance:**
Picture this: You drive up to the McDonald's, and suddenly, you're not by a fast-food joint anymore. Food was mouldy, and something was growing inside me burger i think it wasa lil gremlin or somein, anyway the people here got no self respect or dignity, you tell them you need your food right now or youll touch them and they look at ya funny. had an experience the other day where i asked for the travis socttt meal with a grimace shake and they said they dont serve it. WHAT. THE. FLIP FLOPS. i said "I NEED MY TRAVVY WAVVY MEAL OR IM GONNA GO SIGMA MODE ON YOU!!!" then they called the police the dogs and took me to their sattion for questioning bout some substances i had with me GET OUT OF MY SKIN AND GO BACK TO WHERE YA CAME FROM YA DOGS

The coffee is always good and made correctly to order. Great way to start the day.

This mcdonalds is a great experience, the inner area is clean as well as the amazing playground. The food is almost always correct and if nothing they are happy to fix it.

Great coffee, quick good & service w- v friendly staff. As alwayz on the coast. Other Maccas should follow suit

as far as McDonald's goes this was a good one. Super quick service and good vibe.

The kids play area is huge and has good equipment to tire them out. Everything else is the usual McDonalds quality.

Best Big Mac I've had in ages and beautifully made. Friendly staff and quick service even though it was super busy. Great job Maccas!

Ice cream cones are still the best ever.

I went to macca's after dinner with friends for dessert.
As usual, not packed during the time we visited as we dined in, but fast service and Happy with the taste of the soft serves as always

Food was Alright, nothing special. But the reason for this post is because every time I come to this store the young girl on service is exceptional, she’s got the best personality and she’s always smiling. She’s extremely polite and bubbly! She without a doubt has the best customer service skills ever. She’s always straight up there helping whoever needs it!!! She was short, with glasses and brown hair. Didn’t grab her name 🧐

Ordered fresh nuggets and they happily obliged! Coffee was hot fresh and quick 🤗

Went here breakfast time with the fam. Whole place is clean. I don't remember going to a maccas that is clean. Kudos to the staff.

Slick operation.
They deliver the maccas menu fast as expected.
Parking could be better arranged. The whole parking/traffic flow of lake haven shopping centre is a bit of a mess. Doesn't flow very well.
