McDonald's Swansea

I’ve seen so many dirty Macca’s over the years, and no, I don’t give them bad reviews, but the Swansea Macca’s is SO CLEAN!
I rarely stop for dine in because they are all so grotty and gross.
Whoever is running the place today, Monday 9Jan 5pm should get a reward from Macca’s. Seriously, the place is clean, staff smiling, service fast and food is great.

Have always encountered friendly and helpful staff at the Swansea McDonald's.
And I have also received well-made Burgers and wraps every time.

Always very clean, very friendly and food consistent. You can sit in or takeaway, guessing they deliver locally now days too. Our experience was comparatively good. Big order, filled correctly. Nice outdoor area good for coming from the beach in swimmers

Such a clean restaurant, quick service and very friendly staff! I’ve been to a lot of McDonalds and this one has been different to all the others and stands out! It reminds me how Maccas used to be- when it was about people and cleanliness over speed.

I was particularly impressed when our kids were in the play area and another child had an accident in the equipment. It was a shift manager who went up with a younger staff member to clean up the mess. I was so impressed that she was willing to do the “dirty work” herself. Well done Swansea!

I generally don't like McDonald's. But this one is just different. The staff members were so nice and helpful. I have not experienced that at McDonald's in a long time. Example only of one of the features that surprised me -an elderly couple walked in -had no idea how to use the self service machine. The staff member promptly helped them out and served them at the counter. Surprisingly enough, one could actually see that she was not annoyed with them for not knowing how to use it.

Was visiting from Canada. Had the sausage and egg McMuffin. It tasted better than our local version

The store is always clean, the bathrooms tidy, other Maccas stores should take note.

Well done to the Managers and Employees at Swansea Maccas, NSW! We were holidaying around Swansea in January and went in as 2x families with a number of young kids. So despite a big order, the food was brought out quickly, it was hot, presented well and tasted great!

The Manager (who also helped bring out the food) was a really nice guy and stopped and had a chat. First impressions always count and this guy set a very good one - if you're reading this mate, I hope you're encouraged. Great people skills and good leadership.

The place is super clean and it just had a good vibe about it. The young staff were friendly, polite and helpful - a credit to them but also the Managers and Senior Staff who trained them.

I have watched the movie "The Founder" about how Maccas started. This reminded me of a scene with the original restaurant...the bosses cared about their job and took pride in their service, the service was great, the staff were fantastic, it was clean and looked professional, everyone loved it and wanted to go back.

This is a regular for me being local and it's Always great service, good quality food and they do table service. Play area for kids as well as shaded outdoor seating with a relaxed vibe. Plenty of parking.

I've gone through the drive-thru here on multiple occasions, and the service has been unbelievably quick. Twice I've rolled up to the pick-up window to receive coffee and they've had it ready and waiting to go - once I didn't even need to stop the car! Well done Swansea Maccas!

Compare to a usual MacDonald's in Australia this shop was very clean, organised and well serviced. There were several staff constantly cleaning and disinfecting all tables, chairs and other surfaces. Service was quick and accurate and the person who delivered the table service was very polite. Very well managed. I loved it.

Unfortunately during this visit the facility was under renovation. Service was difficult by the staff but they truly did an admiral job under the difficult circumstances they were working under. All will be fantastic once these renovations are complete.

Best service I've ever had at a McDonald's staff opened the door when I arrived and when I left someone helped me with my order straight away and I had it at my tablet in less than 5 minutes. Passing thru well done staff.
