Coles Lake Haven

Was served by David today who was extremely friendly and fast! Just wanted to say coles should be very happy to have such a wonderful employee like David!

Nice and small. Items are easily accessible and what not. The entrance to the backdock behind the aisles is a little cluttered, making it difficult to pull out cages during peak hour. The entrance to the front of the store is a bit colluded as it immediately comes into an aisle. Take Coles Eastgardens for example. Their entrance is open on the contrary, allowing large flow of undisturbed traffic.

Our local supermarket is the best. Has very good staff and a great supply of fresh fruit and vegetables.

It's Coles, and it's good, shop fit out recently been updated and given a face lift, new fridges, very clean and good variety.

Checkouts have plenty of space, I appreciate the self checkouts as there is less human error with price scanning. Supervisors can be a bit annoying when doing your own checkout hovering over you making sure everything's above board, there just doing their job i guess.

The grocery shopping experience can't get much better than this.

I received great service at Lake Haven Coles in self serve at 11am by Mathew. My shopping bag fell and everything spilled all over the floor. Mathew was a great help and nothing was too much trouble for him. Coles is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee and in my opinion deserves to be rewarded. Mathew is an asset to Coles!!I definitely will shop there in the future.

Fantastic store. Nice and large, well lit and stocked up with plenty of products and fresh produce. I've never been to this store before, but I'll certainly return even though it is out of my area, and there are other Coles, and other brand supermarkets nearer to where I live.

The staff were friendly and going through the checkouts was a breeze.

I'd highly recommend this supermarket over the others in the shopping centre.

Staff very helpful on checkout. Many ticketed half-price items. Always improving layout, space, display, specials.

We went to Coles Lake Haven today (24th Oct) and was served by Paige. We give her a shout out as we have served by her before and she is excellent! Friendly and knows how to pack bags. Paige is an great example of customer service!

I was in and out in flash. Appreciated the help I recieved at the self serve. I am concerned that tbe self serve is a way for Coles to reduce staff numbers.

First time in last week wonderful feeling great layout will become a regular customer. Arthur
