JB Hi-Fi Lake Haven

I never leave this store unhappy!
Every time I go to the store Ive always left happy, I’m always greeted nicely by all the staff I come across. I go in I tell the staff exactly what I’m looking for including what the item must have and must not have and they always take the time to help me find what’s right for my family and I. The store is always able to help with stock and it’s always clean and sorted! I’ve had experiences where they don’t stock the item I need and they have taken the time to help me work out what I need and where to get it. You guys should be really proud of the team you have in there they all deserve a raise!

I just returned an Apple Pencil as I purchased the incorrect one for a Christmas present, and they were fantastic, and the whole process was so easy.

Recently purchased a JBL speaker for my godson , and was very happy with the stock availability and the service . The security guard at the entry was very professional, did his job well with the perfect attitude for dealing with the public.

Very helpful. I am technology challenged and they helped me set up my new watch.

Thank You guys my husband bought me this as a surprise bday gift. Watch was purchased at chatwood but I want to I change to LTE version I returned and changed without a problem at lake haven store. VERY Good customer service ,you guys are friendly .👍

Wow ! What service, Ben could not be more helpful explaining every detail of every product that we looked at, he spent the time showing everything that we needed in the shop , parking was easy with the escalators right next to the shop , they seemed to to a better deal with there laptops than there other competitors, never had pressure in buying anything at this store, I will be back.

I recently purchased a new mobile phone. The assistant who helped me was Jordan and he was amazing!! I'm not necessarily the most tech savvy customer. Jordan was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful and set me up with exactly the right phone. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Jordan. If you're in the market for a new phone, Jordan at Lake Haven, JB Hi-Fi is the man to see.

Great store for it's size. Doesn't have room for huge TVs though.

The staff are friendly and they dealt with a technical issue with my headphones without an issue.

Cheap and quality items are sold here, worth it to come here!!!
