Woolworths Lake Haven

Saturday afternoon visit to grab just a few items, not a full shop!

On First impression the store looks neat and tidy and well stocked. The trolley bay was well stocked and the trolley we used was well maintained and easy to steer. There is a trolley sanitation area for the germophobes that provides wipes to clean your trolley down!

The fruit and veg section is well presented and has a good range of produce. The staff in this section are helpful and knowledgeable!

The aisles are wide enough for the trolleys to pass side by side with ease.

The tea section is well stocked with a good variety.

However, of special note, on exiting the store, I did notice that nearly all the checkouts were staffed including the express checkouts and someone in the self serve section!

Fruit and vege looks amazing tonight. Presentation was near perfect. Very impressed from my first time entering the store 👍🏻👍🏻

THe staff are very friendly and helpful especially Lissa and Glen . I have a Walker so am not very mobile

If Woolies was closer to me than Coles, this is where I would shop most of the time.

Woolies offers a much wider range of cleaner (artificial/preservative free) products than Coles does.

The LH store was clean, had everything I needed and the lady serving me at the checkout was really lovely and friendly.

The only negative I have, is I always have issues at the Woolworths self serve checkouts, which is SUPER frustrating. Pretty annoying having to keep calling an assistant over.

That is the only negative I have though. So if you're doing a medium size shop, it's actually quicker to us a conveyor belt checkout.

We shared a burger and chips. Both were beautiful. The burger patty was tasty and juicy. I had a large coffee which I enjoyed. See the photo. The staff are friendly and the location is great. We will be back.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They are particularly helpful during this recent lockdown. The store has an excellent range of goods. The produce is very fresh and lasts a long time.

Great place to shop all your needs ..friendly and helpful staff..fruit and veg..deli..milk.bread..meat..good car parking and toilet facilities..have a snack or coffee from one of many near by stores..see you there!!

Iooked after my friends trolley bought some items and shared trolley I forgot to get milk so off I went I bought 2sponge cakes that you cream yourself they did not have them in when I got their I was late

Plenty of undercover parking. Easy access to Woolworths and other stores. Woolies is large, bright and easy to navigate. Would have to be one of my preferred Woolies stores in the region. Lots of clearance items near the milk area back-right of the store.

Great customer service, great looking store, clean and easy to navigate much better experience then coles when shopping the staff want to be there 😂 I always get greeted and all staff show me we're things are exactly , at the checkouts they give good service ✔ always loved woolworths 💕

Staff are very helpful, specials are displayed where you can see them easily, store is always tidy and the self service lane is always working with no problems as apposed to other places with self serve.

Plenty of parking, helpful staff and quick service.

Easy access, never overcrowded, plenty of parking, no one loitering as nothing to do but groceries quick coffee (except in Jamaica Blue always slow) and medical.
