Kmart Gorokan

I travel in my Motorhome. I stopped at this store yesterday & it's the tidiest & best stocked Kmart I've been in, right throughout NSW & Qld. Congratulations. Keep up the excellent work.

Easy access and simple layout. Not a big fan of check outs in the middle of the shop though but probably because it's unusual and not for any other reason.

Went to the Bach on the way we realised forgot the beach towels 😂
It was Easter long weekend, surprisingly found that this store was open. Called the customer service to double check, they are opening 8-6. Amazing! Save our life. Went in, staff are friendly and helpful. Found the towels we need.

Just went to Kmart Lakehaven and the assistance from a young staff member Josh regarding an item that was out if stock was excellent. He went out of his way to find out when they expected them back in stock and also checked other local stores for the item. In a world where service seems on the decline Josh's polite and professional attitude was breath of fresh air 👍

All products are stacked, never seen any item out of stock as we used to see in Chatswood Kmart.

Never crowded.

This is the only place worth going in lake haven. Time seems to pause in this place and yet resumes even faster once you leave the doors- I can browse for what seems like hours and find only a few minutes have passed, or the opposite which seems to only occur when I have a place to be afterwards. The staff are spread thin and are more focussed on stocking shelves and other aspects of their jobs than interacting with every customer that goes past- it's nice to walk past a salesperson without being subjected to the third degree, a pleasant change in the speed of sales. If you want it, Kmart makes it, and it'll be out of stock here. If you don't want it, but your kids do, it'll be here within their reach and double the price you want to pay for it. I cannot recommend it highly enough

Great large store. Has plenty of products to suit many needs for all ages. Friendly staff. Changes products to suit seasons and events. Large aisles to suit all accessibility needs. Hours suits all shift types. Busy car park at times but can always still get a space.

K.mart is my go to place for trendy house gear. Lots of affordable clothing for myself and the grand kids. Lots of room to move around safely. Friendly, helpful staff. What more could you ask for.

Same as any K Mart, happy to see they were very strict about checking in via QR code and checking everyone vaccination status

Like most department stores during the pandemic this one is running low on some items. But plenty of warm mens clothing is available.

There are hand sanitizer stations at the entryway, it is not compulsory, just advisable. All staff members that I saw were wearing masks.

Staff members still have smiles, you just need to see it in their eyes.

Amazing service from the security guard at the front.Also the self checkout is quick and easy!

I purchased complete new bedding and am thrilled with my choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you to my new go to kmart!
