Red Door Cafe

I love this place. You are made to feel like a local. The menu is simple but has everything you need and you can order some eggs on toast for less than $15. Also their pies are seriously good with the most buttery mashed potatoes.

I can't remember this was from on my way to Sydney from Cowra or the other way around.

But i remember this cafe chai latte makes my perspective on Chai Latte better and better. It was a nice warm chai latte on a cold day.

Also the smoked salmon was great too. Supposed to be another type of fish but they didn't have it anymore that day.

The place got a nice atmosphere also a friendly and sweet staff.

Amazing steak sandwich and gourmet salmon sandwich. French toast was made from croissants. Eating on patio was great. 20-30$

This place is rustic and the food takes a little longer but the service True Blue and genuine.
The quality is superb and the portion sizes generous. Quality all the way thru to their purveyors and suppliers. You can taste the love and passion for their dishes.
Bring from Sydney, we know the difference.

What a delightful cafe! The food is all made on-site, with a better than your average cafe-level menu. Serving sizes are generous. The staff are friendly and attentive, and there’s an outside courtyard for beautiful sunny days. Oh, and of course, great coffee too! If I lived locally I’d be visiting regularly. 😎👏

There is an old school feel and look of the place, but the quality of something you’d except in Surry hills. The food is unbelievable. And the service wonderful.

Visiting Blue mountains we ended up here, everything was so tasty and fresh.
Got the soup of the day and hands down it was one of the tastiest soups ever.
The smoked salmon was also very fresh!
The staff was very nice and friendly and the vibe was very nice and cosy.

Fabulous coffee, very sweet without added sugar and a caramel overtones. The eggs were poached to perfection, with buttered Turkish Bread and crispy bacon. Our server was very attentive, I would definitely recommend stopping in for a bite to eat or even just a coffee!

Definitely lives up to the high reviews! The food was exceptional and went beyond what you would expect! I had the barramundi special with a bean stew that was really unusual and extremely delicious! My wife had the bruschetta which was simple but effective! Service was a bit rushed but given how busy it was, I'm not surprised! Overall a thoroughly brilliant lunch!

Came to the BM with my hubby for his bday weekend. We chose the Red Door Cafe for brunch/lunch. Loved the courtyard seating on a beautiful sunny spring day. The food we chose was really good. The hot drinks was hot and had perfect texture. We could taste the nuance of flavours and the herbs used in the dishes. Service was emaculate. Thank you! Please stay in service forever xx

We love soups of the days at Red door very very much. It's a very delicious. Last Friday 12th May we had a delicious broccolis and ham soups 😍💖👌👍

Always a delightful place to grab a bite to eat while on the road. We've stopped over here twice while on roadtrips through the area, and both times have been great. Staff are friendly, service is prompt, coffee is hot and quick, and food is delicious. The first time, we loved the soup of the day and the pumpkin salad. The second time, the French toast with banana and both egg dishes hit the spot perfectly.

We hadn’t been to the cafe in over 10 years and every time I am up for the UTA weekend they are busy. So glad we got a chance to go again on Monday.

We tried the specials: Trout and the honey toast with poached and chutney. Both amazing. Coffee was great too!

The service was top notch and made us feel like extended family. It cost ~$60 which is pretty standard for cafe food, but though the meal and service we had was a few levels up. Hence was happy to provide a tip for quality.

I would give more stars if I could. The food there is exceptional. It might be better to go there with an empty stomach as the portions of their dishes are very generous. Be aware especially if you're ordering lots of extras with your eggs on toast. And the green juice! It's great. Period.

You will be greeted by the charming staff. They're making sure the food is satisfying you.

Oh, Chai tea always comes with honey without asking. Yes, I like extra honey on my Chai tea. And Muffins... I can't stop commenting on every single dish. Anyway, they're good. I totally recommend dining there.

Old style warm timber atmosphere. Very busy and lively when we were there for mid week lunch. We shared the haloumi salad and chicken and leek pie. Salad was warm and tasty with generous servings of haloumi, avocado. Staff were busy but friendly. Great spot for lunch.

I have been coming here for years a few times a week and lovely food, (I’m very fussy about muffins and might be the best I’ve ever had) great coffee and importantly very friendly staff and the owner Fiona is a clean freak so always spotlessly clean.

I ordered a friand. It was nothing like a friand, clumpy and distorted shape and just tasted like a lump of heavy cake . I should have complained but didn't want to make a fuss. The coffee is great. No

Great little cafe. Scrambled eggs with sausages and bacon was next level. The young fella that waited our table was a champion 10/10
