Had the risotto with prawn, fennel and peas, which is so yums. The beef pie w wedges and the apple strudels were pretty good. We took away the egg tart and it was fantastic

The difference between a 4* and 5* cafe are as subtle as Gucci vs Gucchi. They're the same from a distance, but only one is a keeper. Same here, the service is so unnervingly friendly, you can't contemplate 4*. And then, you get what you order and it tastes good, well put together. There's no 5* tricks to the cookery, and the baked goods look good, but not enough to break my no to a yes. Anyway, it all went well and we'd return when in the hood.

What a place. What an experience. Staff are more than wonderful, food is incredible & I was able to remove something from the listed ingredients which suited my needs better. Will literally drive 1.5 hours just for breakfast & a bowl of coffee 👌🏽

Five stars to the potato wedges, probably the best I’ve had in NSW. Amazing service and super comfy ambience. Veg options. Dog friendly. Free street parking nearby.

We had a lovely family brunch at Lily's Pad Cafe in Leura today. The mango chicken curry (served with brown rice and naan) and BLAT with poached eggs were both delicious and very generous portion sizes, and the coffee was so good we had to order a second round! Friendly smiles and fast service from the young lady who seated us, as well as the gentleman behind the coffee machine. There were also lots of cute doggies to look at as it’s a dog-friendly cafe. Bonus! We’ll definitely be back! 🐶☕🙌

If you’re considering to have breakfast or lunch in Leura, NSW… maybe you want to try this Cafe!

My opinion, they deserve 5 Star ⭐ ratings. Having a very exciting location and the place really looks local restaurant it give you the vibes of a local authentic vibes restaurant. It is our first time to this place and the location is well, very nice and private.

The menu is overwhelming so I would suggest to ask the staff for recommendations and they always recom the best.

We had the Steak Sandwich which we didnt expect the serving is really for 2people. And the specialty of the day which is decent and classy. The Steak Sandwich’s sweet sauce on it plus the veggies compliments the whole meal. I didn’t like the beetroot so if you dont like it just inform the staff. I strongly recom to try this for a heavy meal.

We always order Hot chocolate in any places we go and I hope they have the Hot Choco place in a Mug to keep it a bit hot as the glass got easily get cold (We didn’t ask, but maybe you may asked them).

The want to order the cakes that is available but since we ordered a big meal for brekkie, maybe will comeback and try it next time.

The staff’s here are absolutely accommodating from getting in until you say Goodbye.

A huge thanks to the lovely and welcoming staff that greeted us for lunch today.
We were a table of 10 and the food and service was awesome and professional.
The weather may have been wet and raining but the atmosphere and ambience was warm and cosey.
We will be back again for sure.
Daniel and co 👏🏽🙌😊

Very Celiac friendly.

Staff were lovely and very knowledgeable when it came to the menu and to cater for customers with gluten intolerances or celiacs. Asked specifically if we were ( my partner is) and helped us navigate the menu which whilst small ( not a bad thing ) has plenty of options that are Celiac safe including a very nice gluten free bread. The pancakes in particular are always Celiac safe.

Even if you have no issues with gluten can still recommend heavily.

Scrumptious steak sandwiches (I got regular and my +1 GF) with the best fennel, spinach and cherry tomato salad on the side. The potato wedges tho….pure heaven. Staff were nice too

I've been to Lily's Pad a couple of times and the thing that really strikes me is that the staff are amazing - so friendly, attentive and willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable. They even gave my toddler a colouring book and crayons to keep him happy! The staff are just so lovely.

Whats more, the coffee and food are also excellent! Very generous portions and a great selection. Definitely my favourite cafe in Leura! I hope to become a regular.

This was the most beautiful cafe, the staff were lovely and chatty, it was warm and cozy inside and the food was such generous proportions! When I received my avocado on gluten free toast it work of art, I never photograph my food but I did here and showed all my colleagues at the workshop I was attending!

Excellent place to go after a long bush hike!
Having seen the outstanding reviews the cafe had we thought we'd pop in for some lunch, boy it was worth it.

We had the Mexican Breakfast Burrito and the Bacon and Egg Roll. Both tasted amazing and was well worth the money. The homemade juices and lemonade were delicious as well.

Will definitely come back if we return to the blue mountains! 5 stars!

I have been here a few times. It always has been a lovely experience. I’m very grateful they cater to people with food intolerances and allergies. They have a great range of items. I appreciate the dairy free muffins, always delicious.

This is the best cafe experience I have had, and could ever have.

I ordered the smashed avo on toast with balsamic reduction, lime, basil, shallots, danish feta and poached eggs. This was an amazing smashed avo that hit all the right notes.

It was creamy and rich (the avo and feta) the lime was a great option that cuts through the richness. The balsamic reduction adds a whole new flavor that I didn't know I wanted in the dish.

On the whole, it was amazingly balanced with sweet, savory, zesty and a deep richness of flavor to it also, the textures were all there to match.

It's a smashed avo that I would expect at a much fancier and more upmarket place, just delivered without all the pretentious stuff that would accompany that kind of place.

Also, if you have read this far into a review of a smashed avo and think to yourself "None of this explains why it is the best cafe experience he COULD ever have"

You are correct so far, however, if you are in this cafe and order the smashed avo, there is a small chance that you will become engaged to the person you are having brunch with, as that is what happened to me after finishing my amazing smashed avo.

My wonderful girlfriend proposed to me, and I said yes.

So, this is the best cafe I will ever visit, hands down.
