We just celebrated our son's 1st Birthday and Christening and hired out the Verandah room. From booking to organizing to allowing access to set up and on the day was stand out great customer service. The events managers Lee-Michelle and Zoe went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on the day.
On the day the food was amazing and so much . Our guests were super impressed by the quality and quantity of the food . The service by the staff on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly was perfect they didn't miss a beat and thought ahead so I didn't have to and I was able to enjoy the day with my family.
Thank you to everyone at the Hudson you made a very important occasion one we will always remember. Will definitely be back 🥰

Celebrated my daughter’s 18th Birthday at the Hudson. Beverly was fantastic in hosting our event she made the whole experience so enjoyable for everyone. We decided to serve canapes & pizzas. The food was delicious and the serving was very generous. I highly recommend this venue for your next function. The staff went above & beyond to make sure our celebration was a success. Thank you so much to all the staff at the Hudson.

We had an amazing 50th birthday celebration in Hudson Hotel last Sept 2, Saturday. We’re very thankful and happy for the outcome. The place we rented, The Terrazza room, was just enough for us 35 people to move and do our small program. We loved the wall decor of that room because it matches the theme of our golden birthday celebration. The foods were very good and delicious. You made our guests’ tummy happy and full. Most specially the calamari, crackling pork and the tiramisu dessert. We are pleased and very happy from the first day we inquire, made reservations and the event day. The beautiful 3Ks ladies (Kristina, Katarina and Kathryn) in the reservation dept, thank you very much. You’re all pleasant to talked with. We also commend the best quality service of TAMARA and her partner that day, Rishav. Thank you very much again! Tamara is very nice person, she’s sensitve to our needs, she’s serious when it comes to her job (serving the food) but still gives her beautiful smile even she’s tired and busy. We’re really satisfied and happy to you all. Keep up the good work Hudson Hotel staff. You help people making wonderful memories in your place and most specially all of you, the people in Hudson. The pub style restaurant has a wide menu variety. The restaurant seating is large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and explained clearly where we can sit and how to order and collect our food. The bar has a good variety of drinks. Really liked the place and will be back for the food and drinks

We had an event at Hudson Hotel for approx 40 people. The event coordinator Lee-Michelle was extremely easy to deal with and planned the event perfectly. The event went smoothly and the food was very nice.
Special mention to Beverly who was managing the event on the day. Beverly went above and beyond to accommodate special requests and the team worked exceptionally.

We had our Netball Presentation at the Hudson Hotel in the Elite Rom last weekend and I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing service we received from all staff from booking the venue through to the bar/food and beverage staff. They could not help us enough. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. We fit everyone in comfortably with a dance floor. The food was Amazing especially the Chicken sliders in which was everyone's favorite! Thank you all so much for your hard work and efforts and we look forward to booking in again for next year! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED <3

Held my daughter’s 21st Birthday party here. Food was great cocktails 🍹 were delicious. Staff members were happy to be there for all our wants and needs. Highly recommend it for any event that you might have.

Wish I could give you 10 stars. Just today, we had a joint birthday celebration for a 30th and 60th. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. A special call out to Lee-Michelle and Zoe for the excellent event. You exceeded my expectations. To Sky and the other service staff - you deserve a big pat on the back. To everyone in or out of the area - you can't do any better than the Hudson Hotel for any events. Excellent service without the high-end prices. Thank you, Hudson Hotel, for an amazing event.

I had my bridal shower here & honestly am so happy I chose to go with the Hudson! Everything was perfect - the event managers were so helpful in the lead up to the event & so catering to all my little requests. The guests were all amazed by how delicious the food was & the service was also excellent! The room was set up exactly as I asked & I felt like no ask was too big for the Hudson. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. Great menu and lovely wood fire pizza. Lots of parking available. Has gaming room and a sports bar plus function rooms for hire. Highly recommended and will be back soon.

Here’s a well kept secret in Seven Hills. We’d never heard of the Hudson but received an invitation to a comedy night and took it up.

We also had a few of our family and management team join us for a great after work moral building function.

The bistro food here is just about the best pub food I’ve had in a very long time, which was agreed by all at our table.

The staff here are exceptional… they really make you feel welcome, by that I mean better than your local hotel or even your favourite restaurant!

Really worth a visit to experience top class pub hospitality and atmosphere.

The comedy show was great too!

Upon walking in, was greeted and welcomed. Service was quick and professional. Table setup nicely done and food was nice, as per the specials for $15 pizza and pasta on Tuesday and Wednesday, a great bonus for families and dinner option, Had the BBQ chicken pizza, great option, as well as the peri peri chicken. Overall a great dining experience, recommended to come early for the best experience

Had a birthday party recently at Hudson hotel at seven hills. Awesome food, service and very comfortable premises. Highly recommend this place for its professionalism and fresh food and great drinks at a really reasonable price.

our first time at Hudson Hotel for a birthday dinner - staff were friendly and accommodating - food was amazing and good portion sizes - comfortable atmosphere and Paul was happy and surprised to get the gift of a cocktail and birthday card from the venue - nice touch!

Recently hosted a work Christmas lunch for 31 Adults and 16 kids under 12 - all were thoroughly impressed with the food and service. Would book again and recommend to friends or family.
