Good place to shop

Great little shop with a huge range on offer. Recently I've picked up quite a few great quality masks in fun designs from here as well. Staff are friendly and happy to chat. The only thing that let's the experience down is the small aisles but that doesn't bother me too much as most customers are courteous.

There is a large variety of items available in this store, especially craft items. Some staff members can be helpful but most of the time they will not make the effort to actually show you where an item is. Also there are photos of people who have stolen from the store, with their eyes scribbled out all around the store. Kind of creepy? 😳

Great range, terrible customer service. Wouldn’t show me to the paint section, just kept giving me instructions eg “second isle, half way down on the left hand side” and there were plenty of staff around ... 2nd isle in this shop is 2 days ride!

Secondly, I purchased a relatively expensive item for $50. I took a photo of my receipt and asked the lady on the counter to please put my printed receipt in the bin. She promptly informed me that I would need to hold onto my receipt for an exchange, that no refunds were ever given. I politely explained that as it was a thermal print, it would fade in time and I found it far easier to store my receipts in my phone. Once again I asked her to toss my receipt in the bin.

She just looked at me blankly, then finally said ‘there’s a bin outside’

OMG what's happening this shop,all this years they never change,two female staff really did a good job eyes on every customer as they are potential thief，hills RUDE mart,you earn this name.

Terrible customer service and experience. The staff doesnt know how to treat or behave with kids.
