This is now my go-to place for buying my university textbooks. The customer service was truly some of the best I have ever had. Cannot beat a family owned and run Aussie business

I bought a textbook from these guys that was shipped with a small binding issue, and thought I would try my luck and see if I could organize a replacement. I had a response within 15 minutes of the start of the business day helping me out. They allowed me to keep my original one until a new one arrived so I was not without the text, and shipped with the new text was a set of hand-written instructions on how they would like the book returned, as well as what to keep and what to send (like my online access codes).
Thank you all! Especially to Marie for organizing this so quickly and efficiently. It has well and truly won me over

Editing my review as I've put in a second order with Five Senses Education, almost a year after my first order. Everything I've said in my original review in the following para still stands. Rang to ask about a history text and the team member was helpful and knowledgeable. Post-order communication is good, delivery is prompt, free delivery with minimum spend is appreciated, and prices are competitive.

Great high school text provider. Free delivery available after spending a certain amount, which is a better deal than some sellers officially affiliated to schools. Prices are standard and communication is prompt and friendly. Five stars!

Possibly the only place to visit for school books and stationery. Always helpful and very knowledgeable staff. Such friendly staff too. You can call to check if books are available and then visit for collection. They also do a school book list service, though I think their price is a little dearer to other cheaper options like kmart. They got lots of resources for teachers and parents too. Lots of toys too.
They got 15 like car spots so there's always parking available. Its godsend for parents living in Sydney West.

Great purchase experience for a book they usually don't stock. The process was quick without hassle and even offered delivery or pick up. Happy and patient to answer all my questions about ordering the book and others even during the public holiday period. Great!

These guys are amazing!! Cannot recommend these guys enough!! Have ordered books books with them a few times and the books always come promptly and in great conditions, I ordered the wrong book accidently, and they were more than happy to swap the book for no charge even though the new book was a few dollars more expensive. Great service!! I highly recommend!!

I just had really good experience with five senses seven hill shop. They really helpful. I emailed Jane that I need help to get my order and she responds back very quickly. Really I am so happy and also they have massive resources.

staff are more hospitable and novels are cheaper. Some of the perks of small businesses like this as compared to the policy driven franchises you see in the city. I’d rather go to bookshops where they take care of me.

I need to appreciate their customer service as I was not happy with one of their product print. They immediately called me following online review and were prepared to refund/replacement. Very few online retailers these days do so...Their sixth sense is good too :-)

Extremely happy with the attitude of the staff in this shop.They helped us get the right books for our daughter and even checked up on all the necessities we needed even though they were slammed with long lines at the counter. The lady at the till has a big smile as well which makes it a bit more reasonable to travel all the way from the city

Wow great customer service .Staff were very friendly and ready to help when needed. Huge range of books in stock and the price is very reasonable.

Good helpful staff. Books are always expensive and bookshops are not a very profitable business. So let's accept price levels bookshops are working on.

Always find what I'm looking for plus some extras I didn't realise I needed. Can be busy at times but it's expected with their broad range of supplies, books, packaged fun & their fantastic customer service.

Great place with quite an extensive variety of book supplies and resources. The store is definitely very colourful and a pleasurable place to simply stop by and visit.
