Been using their tools for 3 years now, and when my heartgun sensor broke, they had a replacement part for me. easy!

I buy the bulk of my electronic repair tools and equipment through Mektronics. They have a wide range of industry leading brands and their customer service is A+++. I always recommond that my colleagues shop there.

Outstanding customer service! I had selected incompatible cartridges to go with the soldering station I’d also ordered. They contacted me and checked if this was actually what I had intended (it wasn’t, great catch!) and helped me resolve the issue without any fuss, all before dispatching my order. Turned a potential “disaster” into a success 😊

Customer service done right!!!... I had been looking for particular Wera products online and in person at the 'Red Shed' tool outlets... all I got was confusion, laziness and disinterest. I rang Mectronics and spoke with Skye, who was patient, thorough and very helpful in tracking down the elusive Wera products. Skye processed the order over the phone and arranged delivery - all done within 20 minutes late on a Friday afternoon - something that couldn't be achieved in two weeks with the "Red Shed" guys This was my first purchase with Mectronics - I'll make it more of a habit moving forward.

Online ordering was easy and products specifications are clear. I had an enquiry about delivery lead times, which was answered accurately and promptly by Skye. Will definitely recommend this company with their professional staff.

These guys are really good. They have all the quality brands required for professionals. They give us great service and spend time with us to sort out what we need. Excellent service! I ordered an item and didn’t notice it was not in stock. When contacting the team, I received a prompt reply with an alternative (different size packaging) and the order was shipped moments after this was agreed upon.
This was my first time dealing with Mektronics, but certainly not the last.

SUPER IMPRESSED. As a non trades person, but knowing what I wanted to achieve as an end result.
Mektronics staff guided & directed me giving options so that I could make a choice based on useful info & facts. Naturally I needed some components not in stock, but I was kept in the loop with emails & it all fell into place within the time frame they had indicated to me.
Could not fault any aspect of the transaction.
As for Wera Tools, my great, great grand children will get to use them with this kind of quality.
I honestly thought that companies like Mektronics had all gone out of business. Thank you Mektronics.

The manager and owner quickly resolved a problem I had due to a bad experience with a crafty staff member that has now been rightfully reprimanded.

Ordered Thursday, delivery Friday. Cannot complain about the service, it was epic. Will definitely recommend to others.
