Limited menu with gluten-free options noted. We got lucky and scored a table for five though initially told they were fully booked. Meals are definitely expensive. They print their menu everyday so hard to know what exactly your options are by looking online. The duck pastry and potatoes were nice as were the steaks. I also appreciated the restaurants apparent commitment to locally and ethically sourced foods. Only negative was one staff member scurrying and stomping around the tables.

Wow. Absolutely stunning dinner. Great views and beautifully cooked food. The prawn dish they had on that day, cooked in garlic and sherry was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.

We did not have the normal chef however the food was excellent.
The service was wonderful once we were seated.
Helpful with dish and drink selection given lots of the food and drink are local.

I truly enjoyed the food and drink. The seafood was fresh and the preparation was unique. The staff members were attentive and friendly.

Went out for dinner whilst in the area and had a lovely meal at La Bimba. Was definitely something different for us but it was fantastic. The menu was set and we enjoyed some flavoursome dishes that we wouldn't normally have and they were awesome. Fresh fish caught locally that very day! Staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a high chair for our 10 month old, having the time to chat and ensure we were enjoying our food. The venue was cosy and has a lovely view.

Very good place for spectacular fish. Enjoyed the professional service and very nice seating.

Beautiful local gem!
We were served by Amy recently who was amazing and made us feel very welcome. The food was incredible (we had paella) and the serving was very large. Great local wines and spirits. The ambience was outstanding and the fine details were well thought out. We’ll definitely be back!

It is an amazing place at first it's looks pricey but you really get your moneys worth.

The fish was so fresh and so tasty. The sides were also good. They use the best ingredients and the cooking really brings out the flavours. Wish i had room to try more dishes. Service was fantastic as well. Definitely a place to visit for anyone driving along the great ocean road.

Amazing food and cheerful staff. We had the paella, the oysters, some apps, and 2 desserts. Everything was excellent. We especially liked the brownie dessert and the mussels in the paella. The staff were really pleasant and fun to talk to. Go here for a fun time!

Even though it is a little pricey, the food is amazing! The South Australian King Prawns are amazing with Turkish bread dipped in the sauce. The Paella is a good size and very tasty. Staff were helpful and friendly to. Would recommend

We had a fabulous lunch! The service was friendly and the food was incredible. We had some potatoes and shared a fish dish which was more than enough for two. Good prices, great beer and wine selection and a great view.

Great food and service!I had the fish of the day ,caught from Apollo Bay and it was delicious and fresh! My husband had a perfectly cooked T-bone steak. We both thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here, and decided again very soon.

We had such an amazing dinner on Saturday night. Everything on the set menu was so delicious with the fresh seafood an absolute highlight. Staff were attentive and super friendly. Will absolutely be back when we can travel down again!

Amazing food, great setting and view is lovely. Staff and atmosphere is light and very inviting. Great selections of wines. The steak for two is to die for.

Great location and service. Had the paella and the Ceviche, absolutely amazing. Superbly cooked seafood and great flavours throughout in the paella and lovely pairing of flavours in the Ceviche. Would highly recommend. Although, we could not finish the paella, they allowed us to take it home.

Mussels are amazing, pumpkin macadamia and grains dish “to die for”. Very accommodating wait staff and chefs to improvise a delicious vegan dinner. Best dinner we’ve had in a long time - definitely one you cannot miss. Loved it all!

Went for dinner had the leather jacket and my girlfriend had the pumpkin vegetarian dish and some sides. It's was all amazing and worth the money we paid. Menu was explained very well by the waiter. If I'm ever in this area again will definitely be going again.

Great place with friendly staff.

We started with sourdough and butter - the bread was nicely warmed and the butter was perfectly spreadable. We then moved on to scallops and beef tartare: the scallops were served with a lime vinegar sauce that nicely complimented the scallops. We then had the rump steak with salsa verde and mussels: the steak wasn't terrific quality but it still tastes great, especially after taking on the flavour of the salsa verde. The serving of mussels was very generous and flavourful. Everything was plated up with care and attention and, given small size of the kitchen, served to table very quickly. The coffee was the best I'd had all day.

I definitely recommend La Bimba and hope they're still here on our next visit to the Otways.
