Choices flooring Tamworth is well worth a visit. All of the staff there were helpful and polite and were more than happy to spend time with me answering all of my questions. A delightful bunch of people who were very professional and friendly. We are very happy with our purchase and will choose to use Choices flooring in the future.

Very happy with how well a small awkward carpeting job turned out. The layer was meticulous, courteous and professional and my “annex” with horridly laid concrete floors now looks a million dollars! The sales team including the person measuring were also friendly, prompt and helpful. Well done Choices Tamworth.

The staff at Choices were very professional from the initial enquiry right through to the purchase and installation. They are very knowledgeable of their product and very accommodating as we had a few hiccups with our renovation. Great carpet although paid $160 ($40 per room) extra for their removalist service which only involves 1 removalist. My husband had to take a half day off work to assist. The Store owner was quite argumentative with me when I phoned to request a refund and did not emulate good customer service, especially considering we still have half a house to consider updated flooring.
