Went into the store dreading what was about to unfold after a terrible experience last year. But it turned out to be some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. A big thank you to the amazing staff in the tech end! You bunch are incredible.

Huge store with great range of products. I've rarely found them out of stock of normal shelf items. Helpful staff and usually prepared to negotiate on price so you feel like you're getting a good deal. Heaps of ground floor parking.

I must say the service I received in the bedding department was exceptional. After going all around town looking for a new mattress and pillows I wasn't really happy with what I come across that is until I went to Harvey Norman. I was greeted professionally and I had multiple questions that were answered and explained to me. The whole process was very satisfying I recommend Harvey Norman bedding Tamworth if you are in the market for any type of bedding 😁

Tarnie, the lovely lady in Photograph Department is a genuine asset to this store.
She is helpful, returns calls, treats you with respect and knowledgeable. I had a problem with an expensive smart watch and she was spectacular in helping get the problem sorted.

Their delivery driver Martin? Was highly efficient and extremely helpful too.

Was greeted by a very friendly shop assistant called Tom he was not in our face as we were just looking, he said if you need any assistance please ask. We looked around found what we thought we liked. I went & found Tom he was very pleasant & new his job , he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I love shopping at Harvey Norman Tamworth. Great Range, Great Staff, Great Server, and a Great Shopping Environment... Best of all, they are happy to do a deal.
If you need a bed, a lounge, a rug, a fridge, a vacuum cleaner etc then I recommend that you talk to Harvey Norman before deciding where to spend your money. I have never regretted it.

Great service when we needed to replace our 27 year service fridge. Went home with our new fridge on the back of the ute. Mitsubishi Electric with tempered glass finish doors.

I priced a large appliance package online with an extremely low price and to my surprise it was almost matched by the staff at HN. They went above and beyond my expectations to get as close as the online deal as possible but now I have local warranty and support. Brent in sales was excellent
