Really impressed with the quality of service, and staff knowledge. Accompanied my mum (86) who needed to replace a dishwasher. Served by lovely girl (Del), who was knowledgeable, patient, kind and enthusiastic. Will definitely shop there again! (And product and delivery were cheaper than competitors)

Wow, the service at this store was outstanding, most notable Jai and Jenny. The product I purchased the Dyson Ball Animal Vacuum exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a great, super friendly shopping experience. Well, Done :)

Went to the store in search of a new charger. Jai was fabulous & could not have been more helpful. He even came out to my car to make sure we had the right one. Great great service. I was very impressed!

Bought a dishwasher thinking ours had thrown the towel in not the case it was ok.The Good Guys accepted the return unopened and refunded money couldnt get a better company to deal.Have been dealing with them for years and will continue to the prices are always good.Thank you for the no hassle return and refund.

The lady at the counter was so friendly. Couldnt do enough for you. Julie was her name you need more staff like her. The long haired girl with bun on top looked like she just got out of bed and shouldnt be there. Julie was woth the stars
