Every Staff member we came into contact with in store have been fantastic! They met and completely exceeded our expectations. I was blown away with their ability to drill down to our needs and support us to make decisions in line with those needs. Even the kids were satisfied! Would absolutely recommend this store to anyone seeking lounges, tables or bedding as they have a really great range at brilliant every day prices.

Purchased an incredible lounge suite. Just have to get myself off this comfortable zone. In this challenging logistics time due to COVID there were some small issues with receiving into Oz. The solution they gave suited me incredibly well. Could have been a poor experience but ended up being EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer Service is absolutely A1 and as personal as it comes! Having your stuff ready to load, it's completely wrapped and safe and ready for you to pick up! We thought we would have to pull our bedroom suite appart and wrap ourselves but NOPE! They had it sorted, all the draws out and wrapped perfectly! Not only is their stuff quality, but you get quality service at a fantastic price. Can't recommend these guys enough!

came over on a Sunday, looking to take a lounge home same day. due to covid alot of lounges from amy shop you cant buy. so i asked the lady to go see what i can buy amd take today, she came back with a fair few, we got what we wanted, the man out the back helped load it up on our trailer. great service, and good price

Great range of lounges, beds and other bedroom furniture at great prices. Joyce was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose a lounge and we now know that there is more to picking a lounge than just sitting in it. Highly recommend Lounge Plus in Tamworth.
