The staff very helpful as I am older as my car is to and looking up item eg battery staff put themselves out for easy shopping thank you always remembered the feeling of welcome 🙏love shopping here friendly staff always go out of there way Thank you 😊

Went in to buy a jump starter a week or so ago. Forgot the bloke's name unfortunately, he asked if I needed help as soon as he saw me wondering to find the aisle they're in & gave me the advice on their range I was hoping for. He then did the same for the next customer. Excellent customer service from him.

We got a problem over Ester weekend with our car. All mechanics were closed and we had to go back to Sydney on Monday. NRMA road assistance didn't care to help us but Nick at Supercheap Auto in Tamworth understand straight away what was the problem and advised us what to buy and how to fix it. What a great person. Full of skills and friendly. I couldn't recommend better service. Well done and thank you for your help!

Fantastic customer service as always. I'm always in at Supercheap Auto Tamworth getting different bits and pieces. I've always been greeted with a big smile by everyone, and the staff are always more than happy to help with questions. Except for walking out slightly poorer each time, it's always a good experience.

Love store and am always back every few days. Have gotten to know most of the staff and are usual very helpful with what I'm looking for, the store is smaller compared to others so doesn't stock everything they offer. But does have a large range of products from every category

I had to go here 3 times in a week, once with a return/refund. Both the young lady who walked me to the right place and the young man were genuinely wanting to assist, knowledgeable and no fuss with the return. Will be back. Thank you
