The Local Shed Cafe

It's a hidden gem in Rouse hill a beautiful setting great for your day parties baby showers etc.. we went there for brunch..and the food though it took longer than usual was worth the wait ..the burger was juicy the kebabs were moist and the bread was so fresh. On top of it was good coffee too. It offers great views ..good food and gentle music..overall a very pleasant experience .

We came here for brunch for my son’s birthday. Lovely hidden gem. Generous portions and friendly staff. We booked a table as there was 10 of us on a Sunday but we probably could have fit without booking in this particular day. Had a choice of inside or outside seating. Food was very tasty and place was clean. Also went for lunch a couple of weeks later and food absolutely delicious.

Was looking for a cozy reception place for my daughter's baptism/ birthday which is close to our Church as well, The Local Shed have ticked the boxes! Heather (and husband) was prompt in all my inquiries, she have showed me different parts of the cafe that I can use for my event and options for food. We chose the boardroom so a bit secluded if kids will be loud. On the day, set up was nice and neat, they allowed my set up for balloons, staffs were friendly and accommodating, not to forget the chefs who always smile. My small guests were satisfied with the yummy food, coffee and tea. Will definitely come back for a hot meal and consider this place again for future events👌🏻

Love this cafe. Friendly staff and great services. Could be my regular brunch place from now on. Easy parking around and not forgetting good food and coffee as well. Simply spent 7 hours just chat and coffee for today. Never tired of a quiet and tidy neighbourhood atmosphere.

Been here for breakfast and tried their lunch menu the other day. So delicious and a decently sized meal. The chicken was still juicy and delicious - a bit hard to get off the skewer as it was completely stacked in chicken. Pity they don’t do dinner because the food is good.

Dog friendly place and is a hidden gem in Rouse Hill. Would definitely recommend.

Parking options aren’t amazing weekdays due to the construction site next door but not too bad on weekends.

Lovely staff, delicious food with a menu that stands out from the typical "cafe food" cafes. Quiet location with parks and playground that is great for kids.

Went on during the week, wasn't busy which was nice. Staff were great. Had the fish and chips which was delicious. Food was cooked perfectly. The fresh juice was super delicious and refreshing. The area was clean and tidy. Food came out fast as it wasn't busy. Price was ok for Sydney

Our breakfast today was amazing. Great coffee, great food in a beautiful outdoor setting. The best part was the exceptional friendly attentive service. I am now a regular and will be back again.

Had breakfast this morning with my husband and friends and the food was fresh and delicious. Service excellent. Have to make this a regular visit

shed. Great atmosphere, good location, personalized service and great meals.
Our friends tried the Spanish pot ( which I will definitely try next time) and I tried the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. It was lovely and tasted amazing and great portions. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommend.

I just held my baby shower at the local shed and it was beautiful.

The food was amazing, tea and coffee was amazing as per all my guest comments.

We were hoping for it to be outside but due to weather we had it indoors and it was still even more beautiful.

Heather was lovely and the crew that worked that day were very polite and respectful to my guests.

I highly recommend them and will use them again for other events.

I booked and hosted my baby shower here today and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything went 😊. I had 65 people for a brunch booking and everything was excellent! Booking in and organising all of the details was such a simple process and the manager was a pleasure to work with. The day went off without a hitch, everything was set up when we arrived and the food was delicious when it came out. They were able to accommodate the allergies and dietary requirements I had in attendance with no fuss at all and everyone has commented on how lovely the day was!

Attended a function this afternoon and once again had a fantastic time. I have been to The Local Shed for many different events, lunches, and even just a quick coffee, it never disappoints. The staff and owners are always attentive and beyond polite could not recommend them enough and will be returning. The food is absolutely delicious, if you are in the area try it for yourself.
