Went to buy a tv this afternoon & must say that we had one of the best customer service experiences thanks to Jake. Brilliant staff member with so much product knowledge & exceptional customer service skills. Thanks Jake! You’re an asset to this business.

Cannot fault the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Found the TV we wanted, brought it out to our car, helped get it into the car, and the price was perfect with the sale.

I am writing to commend Renee for the excellent service he provided during my visit to your store, shortly after Christmas.

I had been trying to set up an interest free payment plan during the purchase of my drone, at another store before visiting the Rouse Hill branch. The payment plan needs to be activated via a link sent to my phone via SMS and for some reason, it kept timing out.

That store told me there was nothing they could do and that I should ring Latitude to sort the problem out. Latitude told me the same thing; “Not their problem, sort it out with JB HiFi.

I then went to Rouse Hill store hoping that the reception was better. Unfortunately, the results were the same.

We were about to give up and go home, when Rene, told us to try the store WiFi. When that failed again, he offered to use his Samsung to receive the link, and thankfully it worked.

Rene was professional, attentive, and friendly throughout my visit, and his dedication to his job is truly commendable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I found what I was looking for.

Please accept my sincere thanks and appreciation for a job well done. Rene is a credit to your company, and I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

I would like to say Thank You to Olivia and Ryan (both sales crew) for their superior customer service for our enquiry and order.
Olivia helped us sorted out the price match deal and fulfilled the deal that we wanted so much (our Xmas present!)!
Ryan was very proactive with checking the stock availability to ensure that we can collect our item from another store before Xmas holiday!
Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam from JB Hi-Fi Rouse Hill, and I couldn't be more impressed with his exceptional service. I needed urgent SIM processing, and Sam not only expedited the process but also demonstrated outstanding technical expertise. He was not only efficient but also incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions.

When you visit JB HiFi they are all the same layout except for franchisees that carry white & electrical appliances.
Port Macquarie does not but still has a great range.
Always go there as there are plenty of specials & staff is always polite and helpful.
Well worth a visit!

I like it when I am just having a look around and there is no one approaching and asking if I they can help. I like it better to move around without being approached and will just look for an attendant if I need some help.

A huge Thank you to Jakefor helping my husband with his new phone. He was patient and explained everything to us and answered questions that we have.
He was also sensitive to our needs when my Auto Immune Disease flared up.

Attended 1 dec. served by Crystal in a very very friendly , professional , courteous manner. Fast and efficient. Crystal also showed exceptional product knowledge in assisting me in choosing a touch screen laptop, and provided an exceptional price that I accepted willingly. At the cashier was again served quickly by very friendly staff who to my surprise offered a new service of also providing a digital receipt by text message enabling me to re print in PDF. What a great idea. No more lost receipts.
This was a great shopping experience. Good on you JB Hi Fi.

Loved the JB Hi-Fi Rousehill. Always had an awesome experience with staff members. They are very supportive compared to other JB Hi-Fi store ( the Marsden park ) one.

Though I spent only a couple of minutes at the store, I just loved every second. Was fascinated walking by each section and having a quick glance at the products on display

5 star for HALEY at the checkout register. She just made my experience better by offering a price match even me without asking. Also she was very professional and patient through out the checkout process. Explained me about the difference between 2 different SD cards. JB Hifi you definitely need more people like Haley and build a strong community to deliver the best customer experience.

I generally only use jb hifi for purchasing DVDs online, whilst I have purchased mobile phones outright, camera and a laptop in years gone by on sale in store. I had to return a DVD and not the first time. Always helpful!

Awesome customer service by those who I was served by - in particular Jake and Aaron were a wealth of technical information when I came in to buy some headphones. And later for another purchase, Shilo I believe her name was...will definitely be purchasing from here again. Stellar service thanks 😊
