Great selection of books. Didn't have the one i was after, but looked up on computer and advised me that it was out of print and unavailable. Pleasant staff...very helpful and obliging.

Staff here are great, Erin helped me find exactly what i was looking for and had great suggestions. The book she suggested has been easy to get buried in.

I haven't been to store for 15years it's still a great place to purchase the books to read the range is immense covering so many subjects I was able to update my membership card great helpful staff worth checking out.

Get a great range of books with kind, friendly service and the priceless experience of browsing in person and talking with live humans. With the reduction of bookshops over the years, it's heartening to know Dymocks Rouse Hill has been a mainstay in the complex through most if not all of its life. This is the kind of bookshop that knows it's not simply a place to sell books but a community hub for book lovers.

The range is pretty amazing for the size of the shop, and you won't get such a good range anywhere in the Hills District. And if it's not there they can order it for you, simple as that.

The presence of Dymocks Rouse Hill extends beyond its shop location too - whenever there's an author event in the Hills District, chances are you'll have someone from Dymocks Rouse Hill selling copies of the new book being launched. It's really good to have local businesses being involved this way, and thanks to their presence I was alerted to their existence in Rouse Hill and now I've visited the place.

We lost a lot with covid, but spend a few visits to this place and get to know some of the great staff, enjoy a few book convos, and even if you're new this place is for you, people are here to help and interact with you about the best book for that birthday or Christmas present, or what novels you should read if you're into cozy mysteries.

I placed an order for a book over the phone with Dymocks Rouse Hill and requested a gift wrap. Though, they do not officially have a gift wrapping facility in store, the woman on the phone was kind enough to do it for me and the gift wrap was top-notch. A few hours later, when i checked my bank account, to my surprise I was not charged anything for the gift wrap service. I want to personally thank that woman for this amazing customer service.

I went in with a list of books for grandchildren of various ages. Staff were very helpful in locating books plus a few more. Worth travelling the extra distance involved for me to buy books here.

Always kind and friendly service. I was so excited to meet my favourite author MJ Raco and purchased the third book in the Realm Travellers trilogy.

I had the best experience at Dymocks Rouse Hill. The girl who served me was so patient and kind, I had a list of books that I wanted but had to be ordered from other stores. She kindly waited as I found the books I needed, the whole time she was so nice to me, I would like to say thank you to her! Best experience I've ever had!

This is always my first port of call when I want to buy a new book. It's a small shop, but they have an excellent range of books, especially cookbooks. Friendly, helpful service and you can browse undisturbed, even with children. They are always happy to answer any queries.

I look for these books everywhere, and as always, Dymocks didn't disappoint.The price was a little bit higher

Haven"t even walked through the physical shop door yet but when I rang with a book enquiry last night, the staff member (unfortunately unable to recall her name) who answered was was not only courteous but also genuinely really super helpful!
I mean - how often do you get that these days?
I almost feel obliged to visit the store now! (I mean that in a good way, of course!). Top marks for (new) customer service.

Dymocks tutoring has really helped with my preparation for exams with practice questions and papers with the tutor. Dawn is a friendly maths tutor who has allowed me to learn ahead of class so I can fully understand concepts.

The staff always provide top-notch service and have a very good knowledge of their proudct. It is a joy going there to buy books and ask my questions. Pre-orders and holds are also a breeze.
