I came across Jamie in the fruit and vegetables department this morning 27/3. I asked for an item and he had a good look. He then said he would go and have a good look out the back for the item. The item wasn’t there but I was left with a great impression of your store and the great service provided by Jamie.

It is quite a big branch in a convenient area. There really isn’t anything special about it.

It's a Coles, what else can you say. It has both self serves and regular checkouts. It has a nice prepacked meal section to the right of the entrance in a little fridge unit. It has some sushi, sandwiches, wraps, some fruit and vegetable snacks and some juices so that's nice for the people who work in the Town Centre and want a quick lunch on their breaks.

Great Coles, has pretty much everything you need.

The staff at this Coles was, indeed, at the next level of customer service. Excellent service and what a meet & greet. Esp. the girl with a big smile on her face who helped me to find the anti septic wipes and even the girl at the checkout served with a pleasant attitude and smile. Keep it up Coles team and will visit again.

This Coles is 5 stars simply for the fact that their workers are amazing, upstanding members of society.

The server at aisle 5 today showed me that superheroes don't always wear capes and fly - sometimes they wear Coles uniforms and protect the safety of young, helpless customers who can't defend themselves.

Well done for representing your colleagues and your store so amazingly, and for standing up to that irrational bully.
