Excellent quality Australian made products. In 6 years, I've only needed two cat scratching posts. I only use half the quantity of litter due to it's quality and the litter tray always smells clean.
Professional customer service and punctual delivery has kept me returning as a loyal customer.

My cat loves her Cardboard Cat Kingdom. Even when she is not playing in it, she uses it to sleep. Whenever I can't find her, it's the first place I look for her. It's so cute when she pops her head up and meows. It's really sturdy as she loves to chew cardboard but hasn't damaged it at all. My one recommendation is to tape the boxes shut when you assemble it because my cat is able to push it apart.

I received my product about two weeks ago. My two cats love playing in it. Sturdy, good product. Highly recommended.

So impressed with these cat posts.....we bought the Thundercat & Peppermint ones and our cats absolutely love them. We've had other cat posts but these are so well made, Australian made....I won't be buying elsewhere. Brilliant. Thank you

My order from Purrfect Pet Products was #4083. These people took my money $149.00 back on the 3rd February 2024 and did not supply the product. They took my money, never supplied the product purchased, have never refunded, and I can not contact them. Their phone number is disconnected, and they don't respond to their emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ONLINE!

100% a scam business. My partner paid online for a scratchy post. It never arrived, and they don’t reply to emails or phone calls. It’s a scam that’s being reported to police and fair trading.

Like most people posting, I paid $220 and never received my order. I filed a complaint with Fair Trading who advised me to investigate whether my bank could provide a “charge back” (refund) to my credit card - this worked. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They take your money and never send the products!!! They do not reply to emails and their number is disconnected. They also have another website they’re scamming people with! Have filed a complaint with fair trading and my bank!! Absolute stuff around!!

I ordered a cat scratching post from this company and it has never been shipped. The company was initially responsive to my messages/emails and have now gone silent. They've essentially stolen my $299 and won't refund or send the product. I should have read reviews before purchase.

I absolutely love this company's odour control powder!
However, I placed an order with them on Friday the 23rd of Sept. They promise fast delivery but I have yet to receive a shipping update. I have also emailed the company multiple times as well as contacted them through Facebook, Instagram and attempted to call them with no reply.

Very poor customer service for such a great product.

I can only guess that there are some financial difficulties at this company. My order has not been shipped and you'll see the same story on the reviews section of their Facebook page.

Please don't purchase from here to save yourself from losing money.
