incredibly friendly staff . but i do feel sorry for them i went on a warmer day and it was sooo hot in there i can’t imagine how they cope being in the heat all day

The staff here are always lovely and professional. You can tell they are animal people and always seem relaxed and willing to help. Prices are fairly competitive and I'd rather buy here than online as they have a range of products and high quality raw food for our cat.

My go too pet store in the Penrith area. They have all.the good pet products. Royal Canin, Hills Science Diet in wet and dry foods. Oz pet litter, Catit drinking fountains, cat toys like d'bee and d'ball.wand toys. Scratching posts, litter boxes. They have member rewards, frequent feeder discounts and other in store specials 👌

We added a cat to our family so i had to get a few suupplies. Your service is good and your staff friendly. I'll definately be shopping again

Good range, helpful staff. They accepted a refund when my husband and I both accidentally bought bulk food on the same day. Good range. Don’t forget to price match if possible- will save you lots.

I usually shop at pet barn at the Homemaker Centre and have never thought much about their customer service manner until I shopped at pet barn on Corren Avenue Penrith… absolutely blown away on how good and how attentive they are… I will definitely make their centre my centre even though it’s further for me to travel…. Definitely the best and very happy with Connor who helped me 👍

Went in today a young man named Reza ( hope name spelt correctly) helped me . He took his time to explain best food my fox terriers and also then carried my goods to the car for me even when he was very busy in store. Great service

A really excellent visit, the staff was overly compensating and generous with their times. Listened attentively and drew upon their experience, relayed it back in a manner that was easily understood. Suggested many solutions and advised of ways on saving on the wallet before attempting more expensive solutions. The issue was having numerous dogs and wanting some solutions to give them a good and a safe environment, came up to the counter with many products and wanting to buy the more expensive and the high end range, they were able to walk through the issues one by one and suggest a solution to each one, aswel as advising to come back for the more high end expensive solutions if all else fails. Overall - amazing experience, and not to mention the wide range of products pet barn stores! Thank you guys for the amazing service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars and if it could be 6 I would have added on that for the extra courtesy in service.

My frenchie gets terribly anxious when he need to see the vet. We were visiting to have his vaccines and poor boy wee'd everywhere, was shaking uncontrollably, crying and wanted to bite those who were holding him. So unlike him.
The vet stopped and suggested we give him a sedative and not traumatis him more.
We came back a few days late with a much calmer dog. The vet came to our car and gave him his injections there while we were holding him and he didn't even know she had given it to him.
So grateful for her compassion.
