Placed an order online for 5-6 items showing in-stock, waited several weeks and sent several emails checking when I will receive my order. Never received a response until I called.

Was then advised part of my order will be sent the following week and the balance in 5-6 weeks, waited another week and stock never shipped.

Just checked the website again, and all items still falsely advising "in-stock".

Never received any communication that there was no stock available and the stock they had advised would be sent, never shipped, wasted so much of my time. waiting for stock and refund.

placed an order to be shipped by air freight ( with extra cost), after 5 days they just advised that they didn't have the item in stock. so if you do not have the item in stock why would you let it to be purchased online?
