Only good because it is open 24hrs. The late night staff are rude and not helpful. I go across the road to Woolies much better service.

Tuned up the other night and waited to get fuel. After 2 minutes some guy got on the speaker and told me they had no fuel?

Why have a petrol station open if you have no fuel with no signs. Thanks for wasting my time.

At 10pm Tuesday 3rd Oct i attempted to get fuel, however was unable as the staff member had blocked one set of fuel bowsers with a shopoing tolley full of rubbish, and had pulled the bin out on the other set obstructing those browsers.

Understanding he has a job to i didnt mind waiting a minute or so, however the staff member made eye contact with me, and instead of considering moving the bin to the other side of the browser for me, so i could fuel up, he in fact slowed down, proceeded to leave the bin where it was, and then walk the rubbish over to the other set of bowsers, before making eye contact with me again, then going and getting a plastic bag and taking an unessisary amount of time slowly pressing the sides of the bags into the bin. You may have only lost $80 today, but anyone with a business mind knows that its not about today, but the next 30 or 40 times i will now drive past your business. As someone who lives in the town, pretty dissapointed with the arrogence or possibly incompetence of your employee. Do better.

7th October. Returning a Trailer the Indian said "You owe me a D shackle" "You failed to return the d shackle". M8 I wasn't given a D Shackle, I replied.

"You are a Liar" ! he responded..

Ask your collegue from this mornings shift...I said.

Look behind you mate, you've not got any D Shackles there.
Man a D Shackle is worth $3.50.

Tommorow I'll go and buy this little man, a half a dozen d shackles to help him out.

I was about to buy a slushie so I was trying different flavours and the worker yelled at me then snatched the slushie out of my hand and kicked me out

When fueling up this morning I tripped ,I jarred my back . It looks like there was a bollard cut off just outside the doors and it hasn't been ground back to level of concrete. I informed the cashier and he said thank you for letting me know. He didn't even ask if I was ok. Yes I probably should have been paying more attention to where I was walking but none the less it shouldn't be there. I went on line to report it and after an online chat it sent me to another section to a specialist that could help me but in doing so wanted me to pay for that and put my credit card details in. It said the couple of dollars would be refunded. No thank you what a joke!

Staff is rude and unhelpful. Coffee machine clearly needed maintenance by staff, but I got told to do it myself by an aggressive worker. No wonder this place has so many bad reviews.

the worst service I've seen at any petrol station next time ill go to the petrol station next to McDonalds instead

Apparently we now live in a world where the staff are more interested in their mobile phone than serving the customers.... Sad times.
