McDonald's Emu Plains

Table service was poor so had to go looking for my order and was told she couldn’t find me even though I was sitting at the table with my number right in front of me

The girl then asked would I like her to make me another one after it was at least 10min sitting there

To be honest I had the greatest customer service from the manager looking after my order, he seen me sitting down at the table waiting for my order to be ready and he took it upon himself to walk my food over to me when my order was ready, yes I was the only one in the store but he could have easily just placed it on the counter and called out to me like most McDonalds do!! Same with the lady running the cafe that night, she walked my coffee to my table and told me to enjoy my meal!! Absolutely fantastic service, it doesn’t take a lot to be a good person but the 2 workers that night put a smile on my face and made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable for the time I was there.

I just want to say I always have the most pleasant experience when I come through drive thru. The staff are always so lovely and I just get the best customer service experience! So big shoutout to you guys and the manager that is usually there in the morning you guys are doing the most so thank you! Keep doing what you are doing!

Visited that maccas for 3 years ( unfortunately), staff over there is just the best.

Huge thanks to the cooks tonight my grill burger was cooked and looked just like the picture, not to much sauce and right amount salad. It was also really hot as were the chips and nuggets. Good work Emu Mc Donalds.

I use their drive thru a couple of times a week and they have to be the friendliest McDonalds staff. There is a young gentleman on drive thru at lunchtime and he is very polite and friendly and should be commended on great customer service. Having said that, all the staff are quick with their service and very polite. Well done Emu Plains staff.

This is one of those Macca's that you think of on the drive home, and you know will never let you down. A lot of Macca's will give you mediocre food on a busy day, but at Emu Plains, it's never busy enough for them to sell themselves short on actually putting together good food.

The people here are also the nicest of any Macca's I've been to, and as a bit of an addict, I've been to enough to be able make that claim.

This place needs to get their orders correct. Other than that it is a great pit stop before going home. There are two conveniently placed service stations next to it as well. Gotta love the coffee and chocolate frappe. I'm upset that the caramel frappe is no longer available. As that was what I mainly went to maccas for. Oh well.

I go there quite often, I've been served many times by a very pleasant friendly young lady "Kirra". She is always happy, always has a beautiful smile on her face and is always eager to please. I'm more than happy to recommend people to go there.

Expect only the best, friendliest, efficient, fast service that only McDonald's can provide!! I messed up my order and they did their best to help me out - even gave me an extra hot chocolate!! Always busy but they served me promptly and weren't cranky at me even though they were under the pump!!
HEY CUSTOMERS: don't throw your Macca's wrappers and drink containers around Emu Heights! ! TAKE YER RUBBISH HOME!!!

Quiet and great quality Maccas just before the mountains. The McCafe staff are very attentive and hard working, and the food isn't thrown together like other stores in the area. Friendly easy going customers. Good for families.

Ordered 3 hash browns +1 choc chip hot x bun,2min wait on hash browns-no worries,order comes and the young girl says- I threw in some extras for the wait, 1 extra hash Brown,1 bag of cookies 😁👍great service for a little inconvenience today thanks .

Been through their drive through on numerous occasions and never been disappointed. Fast, friendly, tasty and well presented.

Wow!!! One nice McDonalds! Definitely a step up from every restaurant in the USA.

Way better than Blaxland. Worth the detour. If you are traveling up the mountain. Then a good drive up the twisting Old Bathurst Road. Feel your ears adjust... Nice view of the Penrith Lakes as you make your way up the mountain. Enjoy and always be awesome.

My daughter dropped her burger and offered to pay for another one. They said not to worry and had a replacement one with in a minute delivered to our table. Thank you again.

Great service and fast

Food great and staff great but got the impression all they wanted was too push you along.

Staff are great really pleasant and get the order right which can be a bit of a hit n miss with other McDonalds
