Factory Plus - Penrith

I was a little worried buying stuff due to the bad reviews, I felt like a dingo in the headlights. However I bought a washing machine, a dryer and a microwave and they all worked well except for the Microwave. However I emailed them, they said bring her on down, I did. And 2 weeks later i picked up my Microwave and now it's working well and it hasn't missed a beat.

Our fridge died on Friday, 15th December - and we had 10 people coming for an early Christmas lunch on Sunday, 17th December! We called other places, and deliveries were all available "after Christmas". In desperation, I rang Factory Plus in Penrith. "Yes, we have a bottom mount fridge, with a left door hinge. It's new, but carton damaged". I pleaded, "Could you deliver tomorrow (Saturday)?" "Leave it with me", said Frank. He rang back a few minutes later to confirm that the fridge could be delivered on Saturday- and sure enough, it was. Cannot speak highly enough of Frank, for his assistance, the great price, and his willingness to "go the extra mile" to ensure that we were helped out of our dilemma. We highly recommend Factory Plus, for the great range of goods, customer service, and if we could give Frank a smiley face report on this review - we would!

Great customer service - dealt with Adam and Frank. Have bought a few items from this shop. There was one issue with an item but they rectified it by organising an exchange for other items that we were happy to take. Highly recommended.

Bought a washing machine and couldn't be happier. It was a factory 2nd, but it works amazingly. And we get 1 year warranty. And the service was top notch, thanks Frank for being so communicative. I cannot complain about a thing, even the delivery was seamless. Everything was perfect! This was actually one of the best online experiences I've had. Thanks guys.

Located in a quite location in Penrith and has a lot of car parks that almost empty. Nor many customers t overseas. It's a second hand shops where they sell all electrical items on good affordable price. Not all items are used, they also sell new items. I bought my mother in law a combo washing machine when I visited.

I bought 75 inch lg uq90 off Penrith factory plus dealt with both of the guys there was very helpful and didn't leave me unhappy and didn't mind taking the time out of there day to make sure a customer left happy much thanks guys

If I could give zero stars I would. Brought a washing machine on Sunday and these people are unreachable! Called Penrith and no one answered!

14.4 I did receive my washing machine after putting in a complaint with fair trading, asking for a refund and calling their head office. Steve delivered the washing machine, wouldn’t install it though. And now the warranty is with this place.

I wish they would’ve put that on their website.

Good luck to whoever buys from this company. You will receive a faulty washing machine and it will take weeks before anything is done to fix the issue, to only be told they will offer a replacement but don’t have the same machine so take a smaller one for the same price! After refusing and getting a refund, delivery fee was not paid back. But I should think myself lucky as they ‘refunded me out of goodwill’ as per they’re customer service team!
4 young children and no machine for 3 weeks just ridiculous!
Don’t get me started on the fact my alarm was blown because their faulty machine shorted the power to my home!!
Absolute time wasters!
Customer service? zero to none! Emails, phone calls and nothing replied until I hassled their Penrith store to try and make contact.

Before the company replies to say there is no purchase made by me, the item was purchased in my husbands name!!

Terrible service. Very hard to deal with, they don’t answer calls or reply to emails. Purchased a fridge and next day was told it was out of stock. They offered if I wanted to look at others but they didn’t have what I required so I requested a refund. After 10 days of holding my money, not answering several emails and calls I ended up having to open a PayPal dispute. Not even end of business day they had issued the refund on my PayPal. It took me getting PayPal involved for them to actually give my money back. Will definitely NOT BE RECOMMENDING...unless of course you want to waste your time trying to get in contact with someone for warranty purposes etc.

Purchased a dishwasher and micro wave.
1/ dishwasher door bent on delivery.
2/ microwave delivered with glass smashed.
Emails and phone calls made, unfortunately, I wasted my time and money.
Looks like expensive council clean up rubbish.
I will never deal with these rip offs again.

Save the stress buy new....or from somewhere else.

The television I bought did not come with any cable wires. Was not informed of this upon purchase. Did not like the personal questions been asked by staff there (Zora). Phone calls are never answered either and had to go there physically just for an inquiry.

Worst service ever, almost 2-day delayed delivery but it was not working when turning on. No answered calls, waited for the exchanges in 3 day Still no delivery. Strongly recommend not to buy here
