Stratco Penrith

I recently spoke to Shaun from Penrith Stratco ... He was wonderful !!! He was polite and very knowledgeable about the fencing product I was after. Popped into the branch (again serviced by Shaun) and before I knew I we had everything ordered, ALL my questions answered (I had quite few) and left feeling great about my project. Thank you Shaun ... great service 👏

Sean Croker the manager here was amazing at helping me and my partner out. We had no idea what we were looking at but with his help we cane to understand the products and what would work for us best. Most helpful person in a shop Ive ever dealt with. 100/100 will come again as long as Sean is there :)

I have shopped at other building supply stores but nothing compares to the knowledge, experience and friendliness of the staff at Stratco Penrith in particular Sean and John.
Every time I go there they are always patient with my needs

As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by the workers who were more than happy to assist me.
They had exactly what I needed with great pricing, they worked around my budget in order to find the perfect items for me.
I could not be happier!

Johns' service and the knowledge of his products was excellent, he was on top of our order and when we added more, nothing was a problem to him. He advised different ways around some issues we were having. Their shed installer Aaron and his boys were outstanding could not fault their work. If we need anything else done we will certainly use Stratco again.

Came into the store looking for help with the idea of building a Deck at our place, and we lucky stumbled onto Sean, Truly amazing help , amazing knowleadge and the know-how. Not only did he know about decks, i also asked him about our door furniture and guess what, he knew all about that aswell! such a great help, highly recommended. Would Definitely come back again.

Sean went above and beyond to assist with the products I was after. He was kind, professional and really showed great customer service. I was very grateful that Sean took my call that day and appreciate his efforts. I had the pleasure in dealing with John Talevski at Stratco Penrith, he helped me in purchasing a patio for my backyard, being a single mum I had no knowledge and speaking to John made this transition seamless , I highly recommend his customer service, knowledge and patience. I received a wonderful patio and he also arranged for someone to come over and install it, he made sure I received a great customer experience and that I did.

We recently purchased a Shed from Stratco and the process was a long one as we were in the midst of building of new house. Sean Crocker assisted in every way. Sean's wealth of knowledge and flexible approach helped us design the shed to meet our needs, land size and budget. He was patient through the whole process and his communication skills were excellent to ensure we were made to feel important. I have been able to contact Sean at any time for advise and after care service on shed installation. I would not hesitate to recommend people to reach and contact Sean at the Penrith Store.

I have been using Stratco Penrith for the last couple of years and I have always found them very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. Bruce in particular knows his stuff and nothing is too much trouble. All of the products that we have purchased are very good quality and they have enhanced our home immeasurably. Great service from the young gentleman that served us. He couldn't assist us any more than what he did. We purchased a carport , lattice, gate, and two metal screens. And pair of eye protection glasses.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They understood our problem and supplied a cost effective option. I can recommend this store and their staff if you need hardware items.
