My boy Chester (border collie) had a shave/full groom today from Maral sorry if I spell your name wrong hun. She was absolutely amazing with him. I highly recommend. She treated my dog like he was her own and took her time with him and I am just so happy. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much Maral

Genuine passion for animals. I took my Border Collie in for a groom, his first experience so you can image his anxious level as well as ours. Myral, the groomer was amazing, really calm and patient with both Zach our Collie and us. She got Alex the trainer to consult during the process, so that we where not stressing Zach and that he would feel more relaxed. Truly grateful for the time and patience Myral and looking forward to our next visit.

Gary and his team are always so welcoming. Not overly priced and always a wonderful experience everytime we shop their. We've taken our puppy to their puppy school and gained so much knowledge from Taylor and Gary, they've addressed all our concerns regarding our pups behaviour and training. Couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else.

Awesome service! Needed harness and leads for my pugs and the staff was just so helpful, providing suggestions, taking the time to find the right product and really being patient with fitting harnesses on very tired pugs. Prices are slightly higher than what you would pay direct for Ezydog products i.e. we paid $50 for an Ezydog harness although direct from Ezydog website is $38.99) although for the extra price I think it's worth it given the support taken to ensure the leads fit properly. Honestly the staff spent at least 30mins fitting the pugs properly. Would use again.

Went in to wash my puppy and was shown exactly how by the manager. Lovely experience and lots of products to choose from. Become a member and get discounts on future purchases. They offer puppy school training as well.

Great store, knowledgeable staff and skilled groomer. We are repeat customers and this is our go-to store for our furbaby. Staff always greet you with making your experience as painless as possible and are always available for a chat. Emily is great with our German Shepherd, we always pick him up happy and well groomed. Great selection of products and you can earn membership points with every purchase. You're welcome to bring your pet on a leash and good value for money too!

One of the friendliest and most helpful staff at a pet shop. The staff have a wealth of knowledge and is always happy to provide advice, particularly to beginners. This PETstock store is larger than others and stocks most products including live fish, aquatic plants and live feed.

I have been coming here for most of my pet supplies since they first opened and can highly recommend this place.

Great selection of products and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a scratching post for my cat. This store has a versatile range of scratching posts which include several different levels and built-in toys for cats. The staff also gave my some useful tips for teaching our cat to use the scratching post instead of scratching the furniture.

I love pet stock, I always go there for all my pet needs. I own an aquarium and a cat and I can always go there and find what I need. If I am unsure the staff are really educated and can help you make the best purchase for you. I also find their prices are much more competitive as well. Thanks!

Staff member Sarah was really helpful with my aquarium needs and enthusiastic about the fishies I need. I got some great balloon Molly’s and I am very happy with the customer service provided.

Since the old manager has gone from the Marsden Park store, it is much more pleasant atmosphere to go and purchase what you need. They are now more obliging when it comes to special orders.
The products seem to be rotated more so old stock is not left on the shelf.

Excellent staff here! They're so understanding and helpful with my Dog who is an anxious mess he gets better treatment here than I have had at 5 star hotels and he only comes here for a bath!
