Parking is easy once you get off Richmond Rd.
The road opposite Townson Rd can get crowded.
However if you know the back way from South Street you can about the traffic queues.

The site is well laid out and easy to get to various stores in the complex.

Easy parking, good selection of stores with a selection of cafes and takeaways to enjoy also.

Amazing it’s like a little shopping centre in the outside. You can really find everything there. It’s not far from Costco not far from IKEA woollies, Aldi’s and everything else it’s really the place to go to

Impressive shopping 🛍 and buys. Especially at JB Hi-Fi, Marsden Park.

Busy place but access to shops are easy in one central location

I went to Godfrey's at Marsden Park. The two ladies Gee and Paris were so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. I bought the items I was shopping for and they were lovely enough to take my items to my car in the trolley for me.
That's 100% customer service!

Nice range of retailers, including a good medical centre. Laundry shop is nice

I love Marsden Park Home and it's one top Centre where you have Anytime Fitness and more.

It's clean, big and beautiful and parking is so easy just outside.

My wife totally loves it too, and takes me all through the shops there and more! Great spot, and even love the shiny floors and more!

Wonderful place to visit. Not congested, many options of retailers. Open space, quite beautiful, lots of parking. Visited Snooze and very professional staff.

In a pretty saturated 🍔 market these guys are definitely up there as 1 of my faves! Staff are awesome, the restaurant is great n the variety on the on menu other than just burgers is good too! Their chicken ceasar salad was delicious!

Part of the Business Park on Richmond road. Key shops include The good guys, JB hifi, Repco. My visit was to the Medically Practice. It’s a great practice with plenty of doctors. Walk-in available. Plenty of parking inside the park. There is paradise charcoal chicken 🍗 which is fabulous.

Becoming a good place to go with the big variety of shops there. Considering Costco is out there I tend to visit more often. Pet shops and electrical stores make it good

A big store. Please note parking is available not only next to the sjop but also on roof. There is a lift available if you need. Friendly staff.

This place is great for white goods, electronics and car parts and accessories. There are a few takeaway shops and apartments. Parking can be an issue so avoid peak times. Costco and Aldi are adjacent and Ikea is across the road.

Always good for grabbing what you need

Make sure you bring limited money with you to here or otherwise you'll be broke. PET stock has the best customer service ever. Good products in this shopping area. Lots of shops are willing to do price match because of the depression.

Nice place to shop and see friends over for a meal. Only downside is that it can get pretty busy on the weekends and holidays so plan ahead. Usual days it's pretty chill.

Great area with great shops near by and the medical centre there is nice. I would highly recommend Marsden Park home if you have any duties as well as it being new and a lot of nice restaurants near by and the parking is great. I would highly recommend going there for shopping and it just feel great going there, rich and more modern compared to other shops in the area. I really would say it's a great place to go shopping in and highly recommend it to anyone from the area or in Mount Druitt or St mary or near by.
